Joyce and her husband were very welcoming and communicative from booking to checking out. Very clean, new, and quie space. You can tell that this space was throughly thought out to be an ideal air bnb.. Towels, snacks, and toieltries were stocked for use. Card games and Tvs in everyroom. Joyce's home is so welcoming and convenient. It combines a spacious and comfortable living environment that makes you feel like you never left home.

Craig and Fran were wonderful hosts and having them present in the separate upstairs living space made it very comfortable and assuring. Craig was always available if you needed something. Our space was well updated and having the large slider window across the living room made the expansive view of the sea so very special. The place is a great spot for respite and peace, within access to wonderful Quintessential Maine settings. The Kitchen was well supplied with the tools to be completely self contained. A small grocery store is only a mile away if you need a quick run.

Super clean and cozy and just as described. Great hosts who communicate immediately. Definitely would recommend this property!

Great home and great management team!

This is the most amazing Airbnb that I have stayed in! It was more beautiful than in the pictures. The amenities at the house were second to none, from cooking supplies to binoculars to watch the nesting ospreys. Location was quiet and secluded, but only 15 min from Boothbay Harbor. The caretaker, Frank, met us at arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay.

This newly renovated cabin in the woods is incredible. My family found it perfect for our stay and our kids loved the loft setup. Pam was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. The place was immaculately clean. We can’t wait to return!

We booked a long weekend here for Memorial Day weekend with my elderly mother, my wife, and our two children ages nine and 13. The house is beautiful and such a nice peaceful neighborhood. The bird song in the morning and evenings was great, and the botanical gardens are only a three minute drive away Downtown Boothbay Harbour was only 10 minutes away. My young daughter really appreciated the easel and coloring supplies and my teenage son loved the downstairs game room. Everything was spotless and the kitchen drawers were nicely labeled to make cooking at home easy. We would’ve used the outdoor patio more but the wood table and chairs out there could use a Resurfacing. I also think it would be nice if you upgrade the TV in the upstairs living room to a smart TV. Those are only small comments for improvement on an otherwise perfect location and we are saving this house for a future family vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had the most memorable Christmas at Aubree’s place. She went out of her way to decorate for Christmas..,everything from a beautiful Christmas tree to decorative touches such as flickering candies and tasteful holiday decor. The farmhouse was everything one would want when spending Christmas in Maine. We will definitely be back!

Our visit was beyond all expectations! Jeff and Lori have made a true Maine home for their guests. To begin - they are gracious, welcoming and knowledgeable. They’ve thought of everything one could need for vacation. The view is amazing from sunrise to moonrise (we were lucky enough to be here during a super moon). The house is homey and filled with character and charm but still provided every modern comfort. The kitchen and grill were fun to use and the porches were magical. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back.

The home was wonderful for our family! It was well stocked with everything we needed from laundry, fire pit, kitchen appliances and utensils to blankets, WiFi, a fabulous puzzle table and a grill. We enjoyed the private setting and access to a doc. We appreciated the updates throughout the house including the gorgeous bathtub on the 3rd floor, projector in the basement and Sonos throughout the house. Definitely made it more comfortable and feel more like home. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Peaceful and convenient for a group attending a wedding at the 1774 inn. We didn't spend a lot of time in the house (weather was HOT and there's no AC downstairs) but it's well-cared for and full of cool art and antiques!
