THE NOOK at Camp Otyokwa

JohnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Beautiful RUSTIC cabin right beside the lake, super peaceful area with lots to explore. The cabin is filled with lots of neat memorabilia from the old summer camp that used to inhabit the land. We stayed in mid October and it was starting to get pretty chilly (space heater only, building is not insulated) This is one step above glamping so be prepared.

Cozy Cove Side Cottage.

SusanRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Being at Carole's place was a total pleasure. If I could, I'd spend a lot of time living on a boat, and this was about as close as possible to that experience, only much more comfortable. I loved being able to see all that was going on in the bay - a lobster boat with a happy dog aboard, a kayak - but mostly birds, including a few visits from a couple of Bald Eagles. For anyone who enjoys nature and privacy, this place is heaven.

Gorgeous Lake House Right on the Water!

DavidRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Absolute perfect place to get away from everything, while still being close to all that Maine offers. The cabin has everything you could need and then some, and the view and proximity of the lake is breathtaking. Ouda was super helpful and friendly. This is one of the rare airbnb listings where the pictures and description match the reality (and then some because trying to capture what it's like to look at the lake as the sun comes up is impossible). We're already planning on coming back next year, 100% recommended!
A charming cottage is presented, featuring large windows that provide ample natural light. A front porch is accessible by stairs, and outdoor seating options, including several chairs, are visible. The exterior is light-colored, complemented by a stone chimney and grassy surroundings, with neighboring cottages nearby.

Cozy cottage steps away from Maine’s sandy beach

MarybethRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The beach was right there. We played in the water most of the day. Then the beds were very comfortable while going to sleep listening to the waves.

Town’s End Cottage

WilliamRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Very comfortable accomendation. Plenty of room both inside and out. Being on the water, with access for a small boat or kayak, is definitly a plus. Structure was built in the 1950's and the owners have retained its charm while updating the amenities. Kitchen was very well equiped and provisioned. I would hope to stay here again (I will bring our kayaks) and recommend this choice to other guests.

1784 House-Road Side Apartment

KarenRating, 5 stars9 months ago
A charming one-bedroom apartment in this antique family home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. It is located on Main Street in the center of the friendly village, so you can easily walk to everything. The bathroom is shared with one other apartment, but that is not unusual accommodation on Monhegan Island. Remember to bring your own linens as they are not included.

It's a Beautiful Life in a Camp on Lake Pemaquid!

LindaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Small family group with baby and dog could not have been happier with this old time camp located right on the water in a beautiful cove with a sandy beach. Hosts provided high quality kayaks, canoe, paddle board and paddle boat and a vast array of children's toys and various tubes and floats. House accommodations were comfortable and clean with excellent kitchen supplies , towels and basically everything you might want in a vacation home. We had a beautiful week with endless kayaking, swimming and relaxing with our own family of loons right outside the windows of the camp. MAGICAL !!!

Round Pond Dream with Dock and Float!

JustinRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Incredible, beautiful location. Comfortable beds, clean, easy access, well furnished. View of the harbor is fantastic and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking right from the dock on the property. Short and easy walk to ice cream shop, convenience store, coffee shop and a great dockside lobster place. Sheila was very helpful and communicative. We'd love to return to this place.

River Views Centrally Located Downtown

NicholasRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.
The cabin is nestled among tall trees, showcasing a rustic wooden exterior with contrasting dark and light-colored horizontal stripes. A green metal roof complements the natural surroundings. Steps lead to a porch area that invites relaxation amidst the tranquil forest.

Pirate Point: Rent weekly on a quiet cove

ShawnaRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Pirate Point is our favorite summer vacation spot and we've returned year after year. It's comfortable, peaceful and the perfect place to recharge. Beautiful surroundings and so well located in the midcoast; easy to make some really lovely day trips. So many terrific restaurants (especially if you love lobster and oysters) close by. We look forward to rediscovering the wildlife and birds each summer that make their home around Pirate Point. Robin is a wonderful host. 10/10.

White Rocks Cottage-Scenic Waterfront Location

PamelaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Mark's cottage is in a perfect location! Views of the water from every room. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the beautiful sunsets, seals and loons. We were able to fish off the dock and launch our kayaks too. The town of Bath is close with some great restaurants. We did some local hiking and also hiked in Camden and Acadia. If you don't mind driving a bit there are some great areas to investigate.......Boothbay, Freeport, Five Islands, Wiscassett, Brunswick and Damariscotta....are a few we visited. The cottage is cozy and we felt right at home there.
