Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln Beach

This was our 2nd time staying at Samantha’s house. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and quality items throughout. The hot tub and sauna are nice options to have. It is also easy to access the beach and fun to walk throughout the neighborhood.

this is our favorite (dog friendly) airbnb on the OR coast! as long as it's available for our yearly beach trip, we'll keep coming back. such a great place!

Debra, our host was a wonderful communicator and graciously accepted our request for an early check in. The home was in good shape, well stocked, excellent walking distance to the beautiful beach and very quiet. Plenty of room for our gathering, space for meals, games and conversations. Debra also offered a late checkout which we had not requested but greatly appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

This was such a fun get away for my fiancé and I! It was nice that we could bring our dog and they even had treats and everything!

The view was stunning! We stayed here for a family celebration, and it was perfect. One member of our group has difficulty with stairs, so we appreciated the bedroom on the same level as the kitchen. There are four or five steps between the kitchen and the living room area, but she managed well by bringing two walkers (one for each level) and with some assistance navigating the steps. The weather was fantastic, and we loved spending time on the deck, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The house was clean, and the beach access was conveniently close.

A perfect stay on the Oregon coast! Joni’s place is a great little classic Oregon coast home right on the beach with easy beach access! The views are 100x better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. A great stay, would recommend! Thank you!

We had such a great stay! Liz was very friendly and accommodating, if I needed anything I’m sure she would have responded timely. Luckily though, we didn’t need to contact her while we were there. I really appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the amenities and the short walk to the beach was great! Our family really enjoyed the house. Will definitely be back. ☺️

We had an amazing weekend at the Nestucca Nest! This property is perched on the hillside with breathtaking views of the river, ocean and Haystack rock. Great home for traveling families and access to the clubhouse, with use of the pool and gym were definitely a plus! Beautiful design, very clean and accommodating. This property comes highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

We were a family of 7 and found the house to be a perfect place for us. The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Proximity to the beach and playground was fabulous.

Everything was great! No complaints everything was the way it was supposed to be loved it!

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

The home was great, it fit our blended family well. The location in Olivia Beach provided lots of options for our small children. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!

What a lovely stay! Location is amazing, super clean. Easy check in, easy check out. Go have fun eating at Clearwater, go walk the entire Bay Front. We are definitely coming back!

My only issue was the stairs. I have an older dog and carrying her up to the second floor was very hard as I have a Port and Cancer and am restricted on the weight I can carry. Without elevators, it required multiple stair climbing to get my stuff into the AirBNB. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location within walking distance of the beach and D-River State Park. Worked great as a base camp for the Oregon coast. Robby was super responsive and helpful with everything in his home.

Loved staying here to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and cozy and a super short walk to the beach. Plus the bed and bedding were the best I’ve slept in aside from my own bed, it was like home away from home. Would love to come back again!

Everything you need and then some. Love the split level—especially when traveling with two families. It’s nice to be together, but also have your own space. Also, so thoughtful to have items for the pups. This is walking distance of where our family crabs so it was the perfect location too!

The view was absolutely breathtaking! Vacasa did a great job with communicating and gave very clear instructions. The place itself was pretty nice and had everything we needed. Some downsides though…I do think that for the extra $100+ we paid for cleaning, it could have been so much more cleaner. The bed was not comfortable. There was indeed a very weird smell like mentioned in some other reviews. I couldn’t tell if it was mold or dog pee. That is the one downside of allowing pets to Airbnb homes. I have a very strong sense of smell so I actually had to open the sliding door in the bedroom to have some fresh air cause the smell was that bad and that strong. Some of the blankets had stains on them that were very visible. There are no curtains in the bedroom so it was hard to sleep with light coming through. Even though there were downsides, the view was so beautiful and worth it. We do plan on coming back again someday.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely amazing. Very private and relaxing, yet within quick driving distance to Newport where you can find lots of stores and things to do! The town of Otter Rock itself is tiny, but does have a Mo’s restaurant which is open for lunch and absolutely delicious! The cabin was cozy yet had plenty of space for us and our 3 young girls. The beds are very comfortable. The beach was beautiful (although it was quite the trek back uphill, it was so worth it!) The picnic/fire pit areas were a great place for our family to hang out and our kids to run around in the evenings to burn off energy. The onsite manager was very kind and she even offered our kids some kites and chalk to draw on the blacktop with. We felt very welcome and right at home! We would absolutely return for another stay!

Such a beautiful, secluded home - it truly felt like a modern treehouse. Rachel was a great, responsive host! Also a great central location for sightseeing along the Oregon coast.
