Inside is newly remodeled, spacious yet cozy, and boasts panoramic ocean views from the kitchen and living rooms. Backyard is expansive, surrounded by trees, and has dual paths (one wheelchair accessible) to the beach. It even includes outdoor seating, a portable fire pit and hammock! Near quaint Yachats and Florence attractions and trails.

Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Rayn or Shine Getaway - Ocean View & Hot Tub!

Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the wide open sandy beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a nice deck with a new hot tub! Our home is family friendly, pet friendly and all on one level. We upgraded lots of details, and we hope you will be delighted by the comfort of our home away from home.

Nye Beach Cottage "C"

Come to historic Nye Beach! Our little cottage (with 2 beds not 4)has ocean peaks from the west facing windows in the kitchen and bedroom. It is a short walk to anything you want; the beach is only 3 blocks, The Newport Performing Arts Center, brew pubs and restaurants, grocery store and an array of quaint boutiques are all close. The cottage has one king size bed and one queen size with memory foam mattresses. So bring your kids, your dog, or just yourself for a cozy beach getaway!

Walk to the Historic Bayfront from an Ultra-Spacious Home

Enjoy the chef's kitchen or a relaxing soak in the hot tub overlooking the bay. Amenities abound in this coastal vacation home, such as high-end furnishings, in-suite bathrooms, and an outstanding game room to play pool and Foosball. The home is nestled up above the bay front with surround views of the coast and town. It's a short walk to local shops, cafes and restaurants, and local attractions like visiting the seal lions. A drive to the beach is no more than 10 minutes away.

The Dolphin House

Three-bedroom, two-bath home, located in the Bayshore Beach Club community, offers easy access to Alsea River to the east and the sandy beaches to the west walk to the ocean beach, bay beach, seasonal pool, gym and club house. (ADDITIONAL FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL AND CLUB HOUSE). Home is centrally located you can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Sorry NO boats or RV's parking allowed HOA rules.

Family-friendly ocean front home

Enjoy two huge decks to watch the bridge and bay from the front and ocean front sand dune on the back. Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two baths and a huge game room with pool table for kids, lots of great toys and a sleeper sofa. The fireplace is decorative only. This house is two stories, guests will need to climb stairs. There is direct beach access from our home. You just need to walk out the back door and over the sand dune to miles of beautiful beaches.
