Wonderful house. The animals on the property are awesome. Meg was a helpful and friendly host. The place is as pictured and described. Fantastic place for jungle immersion, but be ready for all that entails (some bugs and noises). Cocles is a super lively and fun beach and worth a visit. It’s a better place to stay than directly in Puerto Viejo. The house is up a hill a little bit so transport of sorts is recommended.

Este es un excelente hospedaje ya que ofrece mucha comodidad, limpieza impecable y una ubicación conveniente. Su habitación es acogedora, bien equipada y con detalles que garantizan una estancia placentera. Sebastián brinda una muy grata experiencia a sus huéspedes. Muy recomendado este alojamiento si quieres visitar el Caribe.

Great location! A few steps from the beach. 7 minutes away from Puerto Viejo by car. Nice spacious place with a comfortable outdoor seating area.

Simple, rustic carribbean cabin on the beach… awesome place.

sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit privatem Eingang im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Balkon, warmes Wasser in Dusche und Küche, Moskitonetze und Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und man kann manchmal Affen beobachten. Pablo hat schnell reagiert und uns mit Infos zu den Bussen versorgt. Die Bushaltestelle ist 200m entfernt und heisst "Plaza Viquez". Die Busse fahren mehrmals täglich, aber Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 15 min, Cahuita in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Die Fahrräder waren noch nicht verfügbar, aber Pablo wird diese sicher demnächst zur Verfügung stellen. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, um von dort die Karibikküste zu erkunden.

Our stay was delightful and made easy by Bethany and Joaquin, who were extremely responsive and very nice to us (thanks again for the grill!). The place is clean, very well equipped and located 10 minutes from the beach walking, 5 minutes cycling. I would definitely stay again here.

Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt, vor allem die Aussenküche und die Privatsphäre. Wer es gerne privat hat ist hier genau richtig. Es ist ca 4min mit dem Auto von der Hauptstrasse weg. Für uns aber perfekt dem Rummel der Gegend jeweils am Abend oder so zu entkommen.

Lovely space you can see monkeys and sloths from the room, super cool one of the walls completely opens up it was a perfect jungle experience with HOT water! Has everything you need I cooked myself food one night. Family is on location so sounds of children playing is possible. They have a friendly cat that was a nice touch.

lugar muy amigable, instrucciones super claras, en ningún momento vimos al anfitrión pero no fue necesario al menos, ya que todas instrucciones fueron simples y precisas, lo único que el estacionamiento es al exterior, junto a la calle en el caso de que vayan movilizados, nosotros arrendamos una moto por lo tanto estuvimos un poco al pendiente todo el tiempo y se nos sobrecalento un día por estar bajo sol, pero dentro de todo el sector era tranquilo así que ningún problema. Al estar a orilla de calle (litaral ves los autos pasar desde la cama) se escucha un poco el ruido de vehículos pero igual no hasta muy tarde, ni desde tan temprano. Dentro de todo l orecomiendo o volvería a ir !

Excelente ubicación, Shannon es una buena anfitriona, el lugar es acorde al precio, es seguro, cocina bien equipada, mejoraría con una mejor refrigeradora, tiene un buen aire acondicionado. En general bastante bien.

Dania's apartment was exactly as the photos uploaded, very clean and organized. The amenities are a huge plus, the outdoor space is great! Downtown and the best beaches are a bit far but we found some workarounds. She was always quick to respond and willing to help our group with our requests for appliances or additional stuff. Def recommend her as a host and the property

Recomendamos el lugar puesto que tiene una excelente ubicación sin embargo hay varias cosas que recomendar: la piscina necesita mantenimiento y un mejoras de pintura. El portón principal cuesta abrirlo y tiene un daño importante que puede causar inseguridad. La puerta principal de la planta superior tiene dificultadas para ser cerrada y abierta (no es muy seguro de que vaya a funcionar). Rentamos la parte superior con un niño de 4 años y las barandas son inseguras para cualquier niño mejor ya que fácilmente puede ocurrir algún accidente. El lugar estuvo limpio, con suficiente suministro de agua y gas. Nunca tuvimos problemas eléctricos.

Un lugar muy cómodo para estar, así como se describe, incluye desayuno y siempre estuvo muy buena la comida, queda cerca desayuno playa.

Un lugar muy calmado. Estaba muy limpio, ordenado y lindo a la vista. Me parece que la estética fue excelente y muy equipado en la cocina. Solo nos faltó un microondas para ser una mejor experiencia pero en general estuvimos muy satisfechos.

Great stay! The house is super cute and clean. I loved the location - it is quiet and peaeful, but very quick to get to the main road and into town. The hosts were truly incredible, any questions or concerns that I had, they immediately resolved.

I don’t even know where to begin; I’m so in love 🩷 Mercedes is a 100/100 host! Her apartment is stunning! It is spacious, immaculately clean and located near the most delicious restaurants with only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Negra. I have had the oppertunity to see iguanas, tucans, beautiful birds and butterflies just feet away from the balcony. Supermarkets are near and the neighborhood is friendly. Mercedes is a pleasure and she takes care of any issues that may occur quickly. I cannot recommend this space enough. It will quickly become your home away from home and you will never want to leave 🥰

We love our stay, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Nice host, very strong AC. Definitely a pleasant stay.

Jacky fue siempre muy amigable y atenta, el lugar está muy lindo, seguro, tranquilo y privado. Recomiendo este lugar y definitivamente volvería con mi familia, es de los pocos lugares con piscina y aire acondicionado en la zona , muy bien ubicado
