Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Chers futurs invités(es), Bienvenue dans notre superbe appartement duplex ! Veuillez noter que c'était auparavant notre maison. Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts. Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience vraiment remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. Een heerlijk licht huis direct naast Notre Échelle 1. Met In de tuin een zwembad met groot zonneterras. In 2024 verbouwd naar een vakantiehuis waar je een combinatie treft van oude elementen uit de naastgelegen boerderij met nieuwe elementen als een nieuwe keuken en badkamer. Het huis staat aan de rand van het dorp Alluy aan de voet van de Morvan. Je vind hier rust, het mooie platteland maar ook de gezelligheid van de zeer nabij gelegen dorpjes en haventjes langs het Canal de Nivernais.
