Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is just as it appears in the photos, everything was great, we only had problems with the electricity in the living room, we had no electricity in the outlets, I tried to fix it but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

Beautiful place. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable rooms with heaters. The place is very well cared for and you can see the work to keep it nice. I went with my partner and it made us want to come back with friends and family, 100% recommended.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

First of all, I want to thank Gabriel's parents for their excellent help. When we were without power, they were always looking out for us and provided us with candles to light the house. I'm referring to the massive blackout that occurred throughout the country. We felt accompanied. The place is cozy and has the essentials to be comfortable for a week in the house. The beds are comfortable and the space was in line with what I needed. A washing machine should be added for when you go for more days and with children. I like the garden that the house has. It is beautiful and very well maintained. In addition, the sun arrives early in the area so you can enjoy a pleasant morning while you go down to the beach. The transportation is good but it doesn't run that late. That's something you should consider if you don't go by car. The buses stop outside the house and it's very convenient. The house is very safe and the area is also very quiet to disconnect and rest😊.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

Amazing house in a spectacular place. Peaceful, private, plenty of room and everything works as advertised. Cecilia was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our family getaway. Perfect for a family trip and long walks on the beach.

Excellent for a quiet vacation for family or group of friends and to stay and enjoy the house! All the bedrooms had clean sheets, blankets and towels. The house is impeccable, it has hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. Above all, excellent cleanliness and we loved that there were even flowers in the vases. I recommend that you be ready to settle into the house and go to the supermarket beforehand to cook there, as it has all kinds of utensils and everything you need to have a peaceful stay. Miguel treated us with excellent willingness and was really cool.

We had already leased the house last year with a group of friends and were lucky enough to be able to repeat. A unique place to rest and have a good time.

The really cozy house, Luis has everything for a comfortable stay, from the sheets and towels to board games and toys for the kids to take to the beach. It is in our preferred sector of Maitencillo at the front of a beach with few waves and few people. We went with two 90 year old grandparents and two children under 5 and the house worked perfect for everyone. Luis very nice and concerned that everything went well. 100% recommended!

The cabin is the same as the photos provided, quiet and really beautiful. Equipped with everything you need to get there and rest, since there is no noise at all
