The apartment is beautiful and well located. We went as a family, 4 adults. We were all very well accommodated. I recommend the apartment. The host is very attentive and speaks Portuguese very well. It would once again be in the apartment.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Newly Renovated Studio - Excellent Location

We stayed 12 days in the apartment and the experience was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. The place has a very well-equipped kitchen and various utensils for meals and snacks. Cleaning products were also available for use. The hair dryer is great. The clothes dryer is also very efficient. The iron and ironing board are in great condition and functionality. The smart TV with multiple streaming access, just log in. The Wi-Fi provided a great connection. Several socket adapters available and the extension made our logistics much easier. Easy access to transportation, bars, restaurants and markets. The host was available all the time, always very attentive and concerned about how we were. I loved the place, I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The area is safe and there are also very attentive doormen in the building who are there 24 hours a day. Cande, the host, is very attentive. He welcomed us very warmly, explained everything about the accommodation and made sure during the stay that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and grateful to Cande for the welcome.

I had a great time staying in Carla’s apartment! I stayed for two months and had minimal issues. Pros: - lots of natural sunlight - comfortable bed and chair - reliable internet - in building laundry - rooftop asado and pool - quiet street and neighbors - quick communication Opportunities for improvement: - kitchen equipment is not the best (but seems to be in line with other kitchens in Palermo)

Gastón is very attentive to everything. Quick response. The beautiful place, very comfortable...in a Parisian style building. It has air conditioning and the beds 10/10 for a good rest after touring the city. It has a spacious bathroom and everything works well. Restaurant, theater, cafe, supermarket, pharmacy, locomotion and many of the main attractions nearby. We would come back for sure.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay at Guillermina's studio! The apartment is exactly as pictured and is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a long stay: plenty of cutlery, cutting boards, pots, and pans, as well as extra bedding, linens, towels, and ample cleaning supplies. The cozy, homey decor adds a wonderful touch, making the space feel warm and inviting. Guillermina was always available to answer any questions and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend this apartment and for myself, I hope to book here again the next time I am in Buenos Aires!

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Oasis with park view and unique grill

This is a nice apartment overlooking the park in the Chacarita neighborhood. It's on the 6th floor above Av Corrientes - a busy boulevard with many buses. That makes it easy to get around the city (the A line subway is nearby and lots of bus routes) and a little noisy with the windows open. It's part of the big city... The kitchen was good for cooking some meals. There was usually a nice cross breeze in the apartment. it was nice to have AC in the LR and BR when it was hot out. A nice place to stay and Janu was responsive.
