I rent a room on the 3rd floor of my house. (I live in the house.) The room of about 15 m2 living space (30 m2 on the ground) is fully equipped with: - sofa bed, - shower area (sink also serves as a washbasin) - kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishes). Access is via a hallway and a common staircase. The shared toilet (with another potentially rented room in the house) is on the 2nd floor. Linens provided.
