It is spacious (220 m2), cool in summer, with a nice outdoor space for days and evenings by the pool! Our garden is quiet, surrounded by our neighbors' gardens! Small important point: we have a cat (very affectionate). We are 15 minutes from Lille and less than an hour from the first beaches (Bray Dunes...), 30 minutes from Belgium.
