It has a separate bedroom with large closets, kitchen with many cabinets, oven with cooking hobs and fridge, hair dryer, electric iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, espresso machine, coffee maker and frappe machine, kettle, etc. It is ideal for relaxation and tranquility, next to Komi and within walking distance of the traditional Mastichochoria of Chios.

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.
