It was a wonderful stay with Joakim, as it was last year. The house was very clean, well-maintained, modern and furnished with great care. The location is a dream come true for nature lovers. Joakim was immediately available for any questions and helped make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We will be happy to come back.

We arrived at an Easter decorated, cozy and nice cabin with already heated hot tub which was very appreciated after many hours in the car. Even the Easter bunny had visited, which the kids really appreciated. We realized that we had forgotten the high chair for the smallest and sugar for the dessert but it was convoluted without the slightest concern. The kitchen was fantastic, with dishwasher and everything. We had cooked in advance so it was just to warm and we got a cozy Easter together. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Cozy wood cabin in the forest with amazing view!

This place is called ‘forest escape’ and it is exactly that: a beautiful and modern cabin in the middle of the woods. Handmade by the very friendly owners. There is a large home around 30 meters from the cabin, where you can cook and sit, have a hot shower or watch tv. There is also a really good coffee machine with free coffee the whole day! The cabin is private with a view on the woods, and there is a fire place outside and even an outdoor shower. The interior is so nicely decorated with sheep skin and a fireplace, really fits this place. In the main house is a mini shop so you can even take some handmade wooden souvenirs home. Maria, the host, gave us good tips to go and see in the area and she can be reached when you have questions or wishes. Dogs are welcome but not in the service house, in consideration of other guests. We’ve experienced that dogs aren’t allowed in shops or cafes in Torsby. Källberg Forest Escape is a fantastic place for nature lovers! 🌲

Not much to say other than it was a great stay in great surroundings and Langlia did not disappoint. We felt at home from the moment we opened the door and sad the moment we left. Staffan was there virtually when we needed him and you can feel that he cares in all the instructions prior, upon arrival and during stay. Pleasure!

We stayed in Jörgen and Linda's house for the second time and it's really our favorite cabin in Branäs! Nice, spacious, fresh, well equipped house. Super nice and luxurious bathroom. Super cute hosts who decorated so nicely and who came with a grill for us. Thank you Jörgen and Lindas for a great stay with your Easter 2025. We had a great time in Ann-Maris and Peter's beautiful guesthouse! The accommodation has everything needed for a pleasant stay, with especially plus for the child-friendliness with swings, sandbox and trampoline. In addition, the treatment was extraordinarily nice and warm from the first moment on. Highly recommended for those who are going to visit Torsby and want to get down in laps.

Quiet area with cozy evening views of the mountain. Easy to get to and from the slopes with children without using a car, which allowed you to use the entire ski day and get home to arrange lunch. The cottage was equipped with everything you need and cozy to spend the evenings in. The host responded quickly, provided information for the stay with clear instructions, and was flexible in check-in. We've had a lovely long weekend!

We have been to the tailoring cabin several times now and like it every time. It is so peaceful and quiet even though we were visited by 2 moose this time. So cozy to after a walk take a lovely sauna in the nice wood-fired sauna. The cottage is so cozy and we really enjoy it. Ann-Katrin and Berit are very generous and pleasant hosts. We will come back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The photos on Airbnb don’t do the place justice—both the house and its surroundings are even more magical and inviting in person. It is an amazing property! The spacious kitchen is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy cooking, and the house is stocked with all kinds of games and books for entertainment. The bed- and bathrooms are wonderfully comfortable, and the view of the river is simply breathtaking. Ivo thoughtfully provided a fantastic list of activities, including more than we had time for! From ski rentals and cross-country trails to shopping and local attractions, everything was perfectly described. We felt very welcome. Thank you so much! We visited in winter, but we’ll definitely be back in the summer!

Thanks for a nice stay, Lisa! Accommodation is exactly as described. Lisa is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We liked the quiet surroundings, but it's good to know that Branäs/Sysslebäck is mostly focused on wintersports. Recommended!

Clear recommendation, even outside the winter sports season.m, there is a lot to explore, the area is picturesquely beautiful and you have everything you need in the vicinity. The communication with Elaine and Jakob was great, the place clean and well appointed. We will be back!

We spent a great week in Uggenäs and have skied every day in Branäs, which is only a few minutes drive from the house. Hans was particularly hospitable and the house was perfect and enjoyed the wood-fired sauna and the large projection screen to watch movies together. The kitchen is well equipped and Hans has all kinds of useful things like spikes for under the shoes, snowshoes and some kind of warm air dryers in the main hall to dry shoes and clothes. Hans proactively warned us about the Swedish media predicted smoothness on the road. It was, as far as we are concerned, a perfect stay and also nice that there is a good supermarket 3 km away. We'd love to come back!

We stayed in this lovely house in the forest for a week and we thought we should next time book two weeks. It was everything we hoped for and our kids loved searching mushrooms in the surrounding forest. They also loved that there were lots of toys like Legos. We can definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

We had a lovely stay in the cabin. Ed was very helpful and welcoming. We went skiing in Hovfjället and drove up and down the mountain, which worked out fine for us. The cabin is warm and a good base for a cozy holiday.

Lovely house at the foot of the Branäs ski resort

Cozy cottage in a remote and quiet place, but still conveniently close to the ski resort of Branäs. We felt like at home right away. Great instructions and friendly host. The only small minus was that the tap water smelled weird, kind of like sulfur. Probably no danger of drinking, but we didn't want to drink it because of the smell so we bought bottled water instead. Otherwise, a nice and very child-friendly place with everything you could need.
