It is equipped with everything you need even for a few days of vacation (detergents for the person and for the house, salt, oil, sugar, tea and coffee). very convenient location both for the city center and for going to the sea. The only downside (but it's not up to the host) parking.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location. Had a great stay as a family with 2 kids.

Things important to me: location (close to shops/food/train/beach), safety (very safe), strong hot shower (yup), fast internet (no problem with video calls), bedroom blackout curtains (European shutters are genius), comfy bed (pretty good, maybe on the soft side for some). It's a spacious place with a lovely deck. Alessandro gave us great tips for food and was also flexible on our checkout time as our train was not until the afternoon. A note for future stayers, there was some handsoap but no other cleaning product/sponge/detergent etc. (there's a dishwasher, but when you're just using a few cups...) Also for those unfamiliar with European coffee machines, this is an Illy Iperespresso (we bought the wrong one at first! no pods are offered at the flat but there's a shop close by with everything.) The flat is relaxing, Alassio is beautiful, the food's great and the people are friendly. We loved our stay. Thanks again Alessandro!

Gerry was always available, very helpful and even came by in person. There were delicious cookies to welcome you – a lovely touch! The apartment is fully renovated and almost all furniture is brand new. Everything was spotlessly clean (and we are really fussy). Lockable garage parking is only 2 minutes away on foot. Despite being close to the highway, it is pleasantly quiet. Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are nearby. Perfect location for excursions to Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita or Rapallo. Anytime again – highly recommended!

Very quiet, clean and functional accommodation (very well-equipped), ideal for a family with 2 older children. Parking is an undeniable plus. Close to the beach and the train station that connects Vintimille or Monaco or Nice easily.

We only stayed 2 nights at Frédéri's, but the house is ideal. There were 4 of us. The house is very spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. No parking nearby but the house is not far from the center, 5 to 10 minutes' walk. The house is located in the old town of Tende, it's a beautiful place! Frédéri is a very responsive and friendly host, all his directions were clear. Visit this beautiful village and its valley, it's truly a fantastic place!

The house is quietly located in the middle of a village with a hospitable neighborhood. It is comfortable and have extensive amenities. We felt right at home.

An inspiring village and home for a moment of disconnection

Lovely house on the heights of San Remo. The garden is very nice and you can see the sea from the balcony. It's also very quiet. Patrizia and Marina were very responsive and made it easy for us to check in. The house has many convenient utensils for cooking. A nice touch was waiting for us when we arrived: delicious oranges! Winter is not the best season to enjoy. The wood stove works well, but it mostly heats the hallway and it takes a while before the bedrooms heat up. That said, after a day, it was nice in the house. We hope to be able to return in the warm season, to better enjoy the balcony, large bright windows!

Daniela was a great host. Her house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect, cleaned every night by a crew. the views were breath taking. It was great for a family of 10 with 4 children. Lots of space. The only issue was about the security deposit of 400 euros, I was not aware of it until I arrived. I would have been more prepared considering it was our last stop in Italy. But overall an excellent property and host. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I spent the Easter holidays with my son in Margherita's place. The listing fully respects the apartment: very comfortable, clean and very close to the sea, the station, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, in short, close to everything you need! We had a great time thanks also to Margherita who allowed me, both with early check-in and with late check-out to fully enjoy the holiday ! She was also very nice because she made small surprises to my son who loved him (the chocolate eggs were very good♥️) ! If I had to go back to Moneglia, I would definitely go back to the same place ! We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a nice big house in an old village on a hill with a beautiful view. The home is decorated very nicely and has all the essentials you need. It is a bit in the countryside, which is nice to avoid the crowds and noise of being in a town like Alassio. You can even take walks in the hills behind the house. Yet it's an easy 15 minute drive into Alassio and the beaches, shopping, and nice restaurants. The host Marcel and his local assistant Liga were very friendly and helpful. When there was a small problem with the heat they were very quick to have someone out to have it repaired. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for your holiday.

we had a beautiful weekend in Sestri thanks to Anna and her very comfortable place, very close to the beaches and the city center with loads of restaurants and shops, will surely go there again!

Sonia’s apartment exceeded all our expectations! It was impeccable inside with everything you could need. The location is wonderful, right in the centre and the views over the area from the balconies are lovely. Sonia was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time.

The apartment is very large and welcoming and the description matches. It's true that the third room is smaller, but it's a little bit bigger than it looked in the photos. For us it was perfect because the kids slept there. Valeria was very kind, beyond expectations. There are all the amenities, the kitchen is super-equipped, the living room is large and cozy, the armchairs and sofas are very comfortable, the view of the promenade and the sea are the surroundings, the private indoor and covered parking is the icing on the cake. Thanks to Valeria, we usually look for 2 but if we need more space and if it's available we'll be back.

Impressive building, beautiful gardens. Parking was easy. The View from the apartment was wonderful and had everything you needed. Monique was responsive and friendly and left clear, precise instructions. We struggled with the tv but who needs a tv with Menton a walk away and with that view!

The accommodation is impeccable, well located and easy to access. Shopping shops are nearby. Elisa is very responsive and is always ready to provide tips to make your stay comfortable. A great place to stay in Genoa!

Nice apartment central in Genoa. Even though it was on the city's main street, the apartment was quiet and no traffic noise. The apartment is within walking distance to virtually all tourist attractions, and the main street is a dream for those who like shopping. Recommended.

Marina is an excellent host with prompt communication and genuine care to ensure the best visit, including helpful local information and recommendations. The apartment is modern and stylish with the lovely balcony and sea view. The neighbourhood includes convenient local shops and there are very good bus and train links into central Genoa and along both coasts. We did walk into Genoa too a couple of times along the promenade. We would definitely stay again to explore more of the city and rivieras to west and east. Thank you Marina!

**Great apartment in the perfect location!** The apartment is centrally located and convenient – many small shops, restaurants and two supermarkets are very close. Both the train station and the beach are within walking distance, which is ideal for excursions. For those arriving by car, it is a little less convenient, as parking is scarce and subject to a charge. The apartment itself is very well equipped, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The landlord was also very nice and hospitable – all around a great experience! We would have preferred to have stayed longer!
