Excellent stay - the location of the accommodation allows you to walk to the port, beach, restaurants. The presence of secure parking is very interesting and the pool is a plus.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the view from the balcony is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

We love to stay in the Carre D Or area of Nice. This was a VERY last minute booking for a New Year get away so we were delighted to find somewhere. Willy's apartment has all that you need. Everything has its place and has been well considered for the space. WiFi great, bed comfortable. Pictures totally accurate. Location amazing.

What a great place! We have stayed in many airbnb, but this one stands out. The place is very spacious and we loved the roof terras with the jacuzzi which worked perfect. Everything is provided in the place. Thank you Isabelle as well for the welcome gift of a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice and cookies. The beach is within a very easy 5 min walk. Antibes old town is fantastic and a splendid walk in the evening to get to so many beautiful places and excellent restaurants. We went with a 14 year old teenage girl and 10 year old boy and they both loved the city as well as the appartment. Thank you Isabelle!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at this B&B was simply unforgettable. We really appreciated the sauna, which gave us moments of authentic relaxation, and the bathtub, which was really incredible for comfort and style. Every detail of the structure reflects meticulous care, from the design of the interior to the choice of accessories. The host's hospitality was extraordinary-we felt welcomed at home, with a warm and thoughtful attention that made the stay even more special. Giovanni was an incredible host! Highly communicative, incredibly kind, and highly considerate. His recommendations were wonderful, and he worked extensively with us when we had personal travel issues. His home is in the perfect location, with gorgeous views and a five minute walk from the train station. This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed, could not recommend more!!!!

Nice accommodation, well furnished and welcoming, overlooking one of the most beautiful squares in Genoa in the center, and with a privileged view of the Duomo. Responsive and very helpful owners. Highly recommended for those who want to fully experience the city and its historic center

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

We had a brilliant stay - very clean and comfortable. A great base to explore all along the Côte d’Azur. We really loved Antibes and there are lots of lovely local beaches. We took the A bus (for free!!) 15 mins to juan les pins and had a brilliant beach day. Ville Franche sur mer and Menton were also beautiful and easy to get to my train. We didn’t need a car at all as the bus stop is directly on the main road outside the complex and the train station is a 10-15 min walk. Would definitely recommend - a fantastic stay thanks so much

Elena was a cozy and accommodating host. The location of her structure is really sheltered. The window of the apartment overlooks the sea directly, giving you a breathtaking view. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need, especially in the bathroom. I thank the host so much for having arranged for his guests to use a parking space in the garage, as Varigotti is difficult to park, but easy to reach on foot from the apartment enjoying a promenade walk

We stayed at Eva's place to enjoy the three-day Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Eva on Friday night because we arrived late because of traffic jams. In any case, we were very satisfied with the accommodation offered (decoration, equipment) and the location (we had the car). I thank Eva for her message availability and address recommendations. We keep this address for a possible stay in Nice in summer to enjoy the pool and terrace.

Great Apartment with amazing views!

the house is cozy and spacious, the residence in general is very welcoming and not very noisy, the location is quite optimal despite the fact that we had to use the car for any move, being a large family.

We enjoyed our stay. The Apartment is clean and refurbished in a quiet and well-maintained residence. The location, the parking space and a low-traffic pool ( in the middle of August) are major assets of the apartment. I would highly recommend it
