We welcome you to our family home on the banks of the Erdre, one of the most beautiful rivers in France. You will stay for your leisure (or professionally) in a wing of the building, in an exceptional setting. We will be happy to share with you the history of this beautiful Folie Nantaise, located at the gates of Sucé-sur-Erdre (the town center is 300 meters away) and yet nestled in a setting of wild nature with its wooded park of 2 hectares and private access to the Erdre.

Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

This peaceful accommodation adjoining a small pine forest offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Our house is located in the countryside, not overlooked, close to shops, only 2 minutes by car. Located just 25 minutes from Nantes, 50 minutes from Angers. It is a 24-minute drive from Ancenis (SNCF STATION) 10 min drive from Nort sur Erdre. Tram train station, 5 min from Petit Mars. Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.
