Perfect space for a short stay. It is small but mighty! The space included everything we needed for our time in Venice. The location was great and Andrea and his team were amazing at answering our questions and setting us up with a water taxi for our journey home! Highly recommend. ❤️

The owner and staff of this apartment really care about your stay and comfort. Venice navigating is hard…but everyone including every local we encountered tried to be helpful. Visitors are out of their comfort zones. Venetians have been hosts for over 500 years. It shows. Thank you.

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

I don't know where to start to list all the positive notes of this place. First of all, it's hard to get a host so helpful, kind and even nice! As for the house: beautiful, modern, well equipped, terrace to envy even the best Spanish roof top, including canopy and electronic parasols! If I really have to complain and write something that is missing... the grater but also 😂😂 there I have to admit that there was the alternative of the peeler, so nothing... I have to make the precision and recommend only the addition of a jacuzzi, so I can finally make my proposal to Donata to buy the property!! We look forward to coming back!! Congratulations

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet,safe and nice. The public transport is very close and takes 25-30 minutes to get Venice centre. What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Nicola was an incredible host with great knowledge of the area. He was a very kind and responsive person. The area was perfect, only about a 20 minute tram ride away from the main center of Venice. The area we stayed had plenty to do without going to the main city. It was a very peaceful area that was pedestrian only. The house was absolutely wonderful. A very great design and it was so fun to stay in. This would be the perfect place to stay for a Venice vacation.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

Mirko was a wonderful host. We already felt totally comfortable upon arrival. The apartment was super clean, nicely sized and just perfectly located, ideal for our vacation. Mirkos warmth was especially great: He always responded quickly to messages and regularly inquired if everything was okay. We had a really nice time and would come back immediately. An absolute recommendation with a lot of gratitude.

This place is truly a gem! Fantastic restaurant just below, very well appointed with everything you could need. Irene was immediately responsive when we had a question. It is on the 4th floor, so the elevator was important. Perched with a small canal on one side and a Main Street on the other, the shutters helped block out much of the street sounds, and it’s fine considering you are smack in the middle of the best landmarks.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!
