Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude in der Innenstadt gelegen. Für abendliches erkunden von Porec perfekt.

Wir waren zu 6 in der Unterkunft und es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und der Garten war ein Traum. Wir haben viel im Garten gespielt und in der Outdoor Küche gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und viele schöne Dinge in der Umgebung unternommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Sara et Matteo. Il est très agréable et lumineux et correspond parfaitement aux photos.

We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage war für uns Gold wert. Der Balkon ist meiner Meinung nach etwas größer als auf den Bildern und hat einen schönen Ausblick ins grüne. Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch verschiedene Strände/Badstellen sind in ca 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. An der Wohnung kann man nicht parken. Wir haben in der Nähe der Wohnung gehalten um unser Gepäck in die Wohnung zu bringen und haben dann bei einem Bekannten der Vermieter parken können. Das geht aber nicht immer, deshalb empfehle ich sich im Vorraus über die Parkmöglichkeiten in Piran zu erkundigen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Piran.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Communication was perfect, everything worked out perfectly, very good location to explore Venice, would definitely recommend it!

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

We had absolutely fantastic stay at Angelo’s apartment in Cividale. This is a stunning high end property with olive tree floor boards, marble bathrooms, real Murano chandeliers, two very comfortable double beds and the huge terrace with the best view of the town. You can just enjoy your holidays chilling out on the terrace overlooking at the old “devil‘s bridge” and you’ll be fascinated by beauty of Cividale. There was everything you need in this apartment, including welcoming gift from the Angelo - lovely drop of prosecco from prosecco hills region. Also we tried the restaurant which Angelo suggested us. Absolutely delicious local specialties. And city tour is also very interesting. Overall the best traveling experience since long time. This place is truly Italy: accommodation, history, food, nice fashion shops and no mass tourism! We highly recommend!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Appartamento molto pulito, in quasi tutti gli spazi luminoso, ovunque gradevole e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari. Dovendo tornare a Treviso con ogni probabilità chiederemo di nuovo lo stesso appartamento. Città attraversata da molti canali, la presenza di mulini ad acqua impreziosice vari quartieri. Centro storico tutto percorribile a piedi. Suggerisco di informarsi di eventi culturali prima della partenza, per potere pianificare. Supermercati ben forniti. Ristoranti di buona qualità. Gentilezza da parte dei Trevisani quando chieste informazioni per strada. Mi permetto di consigliare una visita alla diga del Vajont, con attenzione a quanto raccontato dalle guide sugli eventi del 1963.

Logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Propriétaire prévenant et très réactif. Les pizzas da Luca à emporter juste à côté absolument délicieuses. Notez simplement que sans voiture le trajet jusqu’à Venise est un peu long (bus puis Tram ou train) et qu’avec des enfants petits ça peut se révéler un peu compliqué. À part ça tout était parfait.

Fue el departamento más cuidado en el que estuvimos, muy limpio, detalles de bienvenida muy reconfortantes, como tener todo lo necesario para merendar en nuestra llegada, elementos limpieza, todo. Lo mejor fue el trato, la paciencia y dedicación de Federica y Roberto. Están en todos los detalles.

Elena war eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Das Apartment war für uns perfekt. Es war sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden und die Lage war zentral. Fantastisch war die große Terrasse, diese ist mit verschiedenen Terrassenmöbeln großzügig ausgestattet. Grandios ist die Aussicht auf den Strand, das Meer und Teile der Stadt. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
