The flat is on the first floor of a typical venetian house in the green and quiet island of Giudecca. From a small hall you enter a wide room which is very bright and cosy. The living, with a well equipped kitchen and a nice dinette, is separated by a small wall from the sleeping area, with a double bed and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is wide and elegant. This flat was my home for several years and I really loved well in it. It is like a nest! It is recommended to couples who love a quiet house full of light and the sight of open spaces and the lagoon.

The comfortable apartment is in an optimal location on an island (Giudecca) 10 minutes by vaporetto from San Marco, 150 meters from the public transport stop (Redentore or Palanca) also in less than 150 meters you will find supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and restaurants The apartment is located on Giudecca Island, (Redentore or Palanca stop) 10 minutes from St. Mark's (by vaporetto). The Redentore waterbus stop is only 150 meters away. Also, very close by two supermarkets, two pharmacies, local bars etc.

The apartment, of about 75 square meters, with a large terrace of 8 square meters, first floor (reachable after 3 steps and then an elevator), is located in the DorsoDuro district, and more specifically on the island of Giudecca. It is extremely bright and consists of: an entrance hall, a living room with a terrace, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a hallway, and a bathroom. It is equipped with independent air conditioning/heating, TV and internet.

The apartment is in a very recent construction. A pre-nineteenth-century factory has been skilfully renovated to obtain houses on two levels, autonomous and overlooking a private internal courtyard. Access to the court is through an ancient door on the splendid Giudecca canal in front of the church of S. Maria del Rosario and near the church of the Redentore. The furniture is new, essential, modern with a few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code on the electronic keypad.

You are in the quiet district of Giudecca (10 minutes from all the most interesting places but away from mass tourism). The house is on the ground floor and offers ample space and every kind of comfort to fully enjoy the time you spend at home. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower covered in Bisazza mosaic, queen size bed with memory mattress and large walk-in closet. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest at a cost of 60 euros per night.

Our apartment is large (80 square meters) and bright, with views of internal gardens and Molino Stucky. A wonderful communal garden will welcome you once you arrive. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. It consists of two bright and spacious bedrooms (one double and one with single beds), a large bathroom with bath / shower and washing machine, modern and functional kitchen, dining / living area with sofa bed, TV, WIFI. NO air conditioning, only fans.
