As advertised! Really enjoyed the place. And the view did not disappoint.

Excellent stay. Wonderful location a little removed from all the noise and commotion, but still walkable to everything. The water-door is a very cool feature. It was very nice to have two sinks and toilets for a family of 4. Only negative is the sofa bed. It is very basic and if you had to sleep on it for several nights that would be tough.

Such a perfect cozy space! Great restaurants nearby. We loved every minute of it!

Great stay - the location can't be beat! We enjoyed watching the gondolas go by on the canal and wandering through the streets. Venice is a great city, and Anna's place was the perfect base to enjoy it from.

Michele was a wonderful host—Michele gave clear instructions and helpful tips on transportation, which made our trip much easier. The apartment was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the university district. It was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

I wholeheartedly recommend this spot. Elena was incredibly communicative, friendly and helpful. The unit is in a fantastic spot on a private street, on a corner, big windows, with views of a canal on two sides. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. She provided extra advice on where to find things, like a baggage storage and a supermarket.

Barbara was a wonderful host from beginning to end. Picked us up at the water taxi and gave us lots of local tips and even helped us with all kinds of reservations. The place was lovely and in a great location and I loved that it was a bit away from the main crowds. During our stay she was always very responsive for any questions or concerns. The only missing thing is a washer and a dryer but I’m sure most people don’t mind that so it’s really a lovely place!

An incredible apartment in a quiet area away from the tourist area, but accessible at the same time. It was very satisfying to stay here, it's better and more beautiful than what you see in the photos. If you come to Venice, you have to stay here! Thank you Marta for making us feel right at home.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Excellent address, a very well located apartment, in the greenery, very bright where it is good to rest. And above all, a host who is extremely attentive to our needs, very friendly and who does not hesitate to communicate her good addresses. Thank you so much for these few days in this Dorsoduro that we love so much. We'll be back!

Donatella was kind to meet us when we were ready (trains can be late). The apartment was very clean and had plenty of amenities. Double bathrooms was very nice. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It was a 3 min walk to the waterbus station, and one stop to St. marks square. Being close to the waterbus, but in a quiet neighborhood made the location ideal. There were local restaurants close which were very good. I would book again next trip to Venice.

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Antonio made our stay easy and pleasant. He is an excellent communicator, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s near the bus station for easy access.

We really enjoyed Venice and the starting was a great place to stay. It was central to everything and was a great space to stay. Niko and Barnaba were great to deal with they gave great instructions and were very helpful on getting around and recommendations on what to do and see. I would definitely recommend there place to stay. Thanks for everything

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Great new apartment, very peaceful, practical, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. Professional host had great recommendations; and made all the practical stuff easy: Good directions; Flexible check in with code and key box; QR codes to enter Venice sorted and sent; bins on site to leave rubbish easily on departure. Can only recommend.

Erika was a very accommodating and responsive host. The place was very clean, spacious with all amenities. It is well located, 5 minutes' walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store a 10-minute walk away. We were welcomed by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the information and instructions necessary for accessibility to the accommodation. I would recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
