The apartment is ideal for couples, small groups or families (max 4 people), and is on the 2nd floor without elevator. Thanks to its central location, it is ideal for all those who want to enjoy relaxing days at the lake or in the mountains, and remains an excellent starting point to discover all the beauties of our territory.

I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that directly overlooks Lake Como and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.

Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Cernobbio, Como, Lecco... the pearls of Lake Como are easily reached by public transport and Lake Como navigation.

Guests can enjoy a garden with sun loungers and umbrella where you can sunbathe, have lunch, or barbecue.
