Am Anfang war der Wald: Das COLLIS HILL liegt umgeben von den dichten Wäldern Osttirols und bietet den besten Ausblick auf die Osttiroler Bergwelt. Auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes ist ein einmaliger Aufenthaltsort entstanden: Ein Ort der Begegnung in den Bergen. Unsere Tichas – Tiny Houses in Dreiecksform – für zwei bis sechs Personen: lichtdurchflutet, minimalistisch und absolut außergewöhnlich. Mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Blick aus dem Bett in den Sternenhimmel.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The whole house will be rented only for you and the owner doesn't live in the house. The House Waltraud is ideal for summer /winter vacation (only 5 minutes from Ski Center St. Jakob) with family and friends, as it can accommodate up to 19 people. There are 7 bedrooms some of them with kitchen. All rooms have private bathroom. The house is set in the midst of the Hohe Tauern National Park in Defereggental Valley at 1400 metres above sea level in East Tyrol.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Feel welcome in our apartment with a large panoramic terrace. With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, you can spend a great break here. The apartment two is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee machine, kettle. Hair dryer towels and bedding are available. Clothes dryer and washing machine in the basement as well as drying room, bicycle and ski room for everyone.
