I’m an Australian guy from Sydney who stayed for 3 months. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this property was hands down the absolute winner. Minh the host struck a perfect balance between making me feel like family, and ensuring I could live my private life in a perfect clean space, which was in the best spot in town. He was always happy to share local recommendations, took me out for coffee, food etc., and helped me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some personal health issues. Really great guy. In terms of the apartment - it’s an unbeatable combo in this price range. You’re near the beach, walking distance to the markets, main going out strips, coworking spaces, Pho, and there’s a great local coffee shop down the road. It’s very quiet, and Da Nang is an excellent city. You’ll have everything you need here. Don’t hesitate, book today. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

I booked two serviced apartment rooms as a family and stayed. First of all, the host communicates very quickly. As explained by the room condition and everything, I also assigned a taxi to the accommodation. The communication with the driver was perfect. There were young children, so I was worried about all the transportation stays. Huyen's kind guidance was also a very happy family trip. Even after I've been there, my other family members made a reservation from April 11th to 16th. Highly recommend. Huyen! I appreciate all your help. Huong is the best and an amazing super host! I definitely recommend staying at this apartment. She is very helpful with all the questions I had and so responsive. The Airbnb apartment had everything I needed. A full kitchen, washer, balcony, air-conditioning, and a gym anytime I needed to workout. Also received 2 bottles of water everyday. The location was great too. Its very safe and it's walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets, barbershops, massage parlors, and the beach. I would most definitely stay here again when I visit Da Nang. 5 stars 🌟 all the way. Thanks again Huong! :)

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

We enjoyed it comfortably! I was able to finish the check-in process comfortably thanks to Emily's meticulous instructions. It was also not difficult to use the additional facilities in the resort. And the high floor guaranteed! The view from the 7th floor is amazing and great I used Grab a lot during my trip, but it was easy to access, so there was no inconvenience at all. It's a great place to relax with my parents, and I think I'll visit again on my next trip:)

Had a great month in this lovely, bright apartment. Man let me check in early which I really appreciated and he and the team were super responsive whenever I had questions or any requests. Nice bonus to have the pool downstairs, rooftop and secure garage below. I borrowed a bicycle whilst there (you will need some form of transport to get to the beach etc). Everyone is really friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. The shower is great and the bed very comfy. Thank you for everything, team Sala!

Very nice location facing the sea, beautiful view Bright, clean, cozy. Lots of noise every night (2 musical scenes on the beach opposite), but with earplugs we slept well.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay was just as described. Very responsive host that answered our questions right away and made it easy for us to check in and out. Our stay was clean and everything was functional. Overall a great experience!

Kathy was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt brand new, with stylish finishes and modern furniture. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind with spectacular views.. The building staff were also friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. A truly enjoyable stay - I’d gladly return!

I was looking for a place to stay in a state of concern for my first trip to Southeast Asia, and I was able to quickly go anywhere by car from before departure, during check-in, during my trip, and until checkout. While using the pool villa as a private house, I was able to relax and get away from reality for a while. If I go back, I think I'll visit here again. I highly recommend it!!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

thank you for your support for me very enthusiastic and friendly, always support to check in, rent a car on time, large, comfortable home, near the sea and available all utilities in the house, thank you for the trip far to Da Nang but very much like our home. Next to home is the host's Cafe, the coffee is very good, the bougainvillea in front of the house is an extremely prominent point for me to find home from afar, very brilliant and cute.

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
