Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I literally went on a luxury family trip haha The view of the river was picturesque, and the interior was very luxurious like a new house. It was also snowy. It was a three-story structure, and it was a 4-bedroom, so it was very comfortable with privacy without having to blush with each other. The pool was also scary and clean, so I came to play in the water with my son and nephews. Above all, the pickup car is also luxurious, and the host also recognized all the tours, so it's the best because you feel like you're being treated like a full course.... There was nothing missing from Dyson Drying, kitchen utensils, bidets, etc., and it was the best because they lent us children's items.If you have children and are thinking of a family trip, please make a reservation unconditionally....

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

During my stay at the ideal experience villa in Danang, I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Every corner of the villa was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I was able to book at a cheaper price than other sites. It was close to the lobby, so it was rather nice to be able to walk to the lobby when getting food delivered or going to tourist attractions! The pool was well maintained, and the tableware was prepared without any shortage. I also used the water and towels provided every day. Even though the check-in time was late, the check-in went smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Was a wonderful stay overall, the villa was clean, spacious and as advertised. Pham Van was also very responsive and helpful throughout the trip always attending to our questions and needs. We booked a few activities and drivers through Pham Van as well which was fuss free and managed well. Location was great, in a quiet neighbourhood but was in a central location at the same time where it is a short grab ride to many places. Overall, highly recommended accommodation!

Check in was a breeze and we booked the entire house. On our final day we had an issue with our flight plans and Tuan allowed us to leave our luggage inside the house which was a big help.

Everyone in the group was satisfied. It's clean and luxurious. However, there were too many items sold in the refrigerator, so it was a little inconvenient to put in the group's groceries.

Overall a wonderful stay at Kate’s villa . We were family of 14 and felt at home . Villa was just 3 mins walking to the beach and then n quite location. LAN the manager was extremely active and helpful. It was same as described in the app . Will love to stay again
