Discover Hacienda del Sol - Dog-Friendly, Downtown

Hacienda del Sol was a great locaiton and offered wonderful accommodations for our family and 3-year-old dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to walk or drive to restaurants, downtown Sarasota, and the bayfront. We have stayed in other locations, but loved that we didn't have to drive on 41 to get downtown. It was a short drive to St. Armand's Circle and the beaches. After staying in other Airbnbs, I always bring a box with items that many don't offer. I didn't need to use anything from my extra supplies as Hacienda del Sol had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect getaway. Marina’s home was immaculate;she had every touch, and more than one could imagine! It was well stocked with extra goodies and spacious inside. The patio had an extremely homey feeling. The beach just over the walkway bridge was one of the finest powder white sand beaches one can find in Florida! You certainly can walk over to it in about 10-12 minutes or if you prefer can drive. There are also some great seafood restaurants, pubs, and shops located across that bridge as well. We walked most of the time and it was fine. Oh yes, the sunsets are spectacular there as well. Wonderful trip, and we are looking forward to visiting Marina’s place once again!

Wow! We enjoyed our stay in Andreina's home! The house was beautiful! It was clean and smelled wonderful. We did not see one bug our entire stay. The decorations and furniture were very beachy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. Andreina provided body wash and shampoo. The backyard was amazing! There were beautiful palm trees and flowering plants. We enjoyed walking around the pathways to the pretty waterview. The natural setting was relaxing. We saw birds, geckos and rabbits. There were many options for sitting comfortably in lounge chairs, at tables, a swing or by the fire pit. Our routine was to have our morning coffee in the yard and benefit from the peaceful environment. We enjoyed watching the sunset on Manasota Beach which was a 5 minute drive away. Andreina was very responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend renting this home away from home if you are in the area. It was a lucky find and we hope to stay there again.

As a family of 4 (16 yr old boy and 13 year old girl) this place was perfect. Spacious backyard for activities, fun pool and lounge area, a blackstone - which we cooked most meals on. The inside of the house was the perfect setup - a/c, dishwasher, laundry, comfy beds. We had such a wonderful week and would definetly stay again!

The space was very clean, well-maintained, it felt recently updated and matched the description and photos perfectly. Location was great being about 1 mile from beach parking. The bed was comfortable the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils and dishes. We had a comfortable and relaxing weekend away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids had a great time. My wife & I enjoyed relaxing with our morning coffee by the pool. The fire pit was a nice addition to our stay. They also accommodated us by ensuring there was a floor fan at the last minute in the master bedroom (my wife doesn’t sleep well without the fan noise). Thanks so much for a great family getaway!

Great home! Great pool! Great location! It's about halfway between Venice Beach and manasota Beach. Those were our two destinations so this worked out perfect! The backyard is fenced and was perfect for our dogs. Lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers and everything else you need for a day at the beach. Beach. We also really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

Booked last minute on our way down to Florida. Carrie was very responsive and welcoming. Their home was CLEAN and adorable! It had everything you’d want and need. The fenced in backyard was superb. I loved walking our dogs to the beautiful park one street over that had a grassy area to play ball, picnic tables, and a gorgeous water view! The location was super convenient to stores, restaurants, and siesta key. Will absolutely book again. Thanks!!
