Beach condo vacation rentals in Lido Key

Peaceful, accommodating, views were spectacular and we really couldn’t ask for more out of a place to get and enjoy for a few days. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous location right across from main beach. Jolanta has put a lot of thought into making sure everything you need for a great stay is in her condo. We really appreciated this. She also was great at answering our questions. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the decks outside. We did have some noisy neighbors upstairs one night but otherwise a quiet peaceful stay. Pool is beautiful and although we didn’t use the tennis courts they were nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, Jim’s unit is clean & well-kept as is the resort grounds & public areas. Staff in the office and outdoor maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Jim replied quickly to our emails and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests for early deliveries. Definitely recommend renting his unit!

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

Exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped. We appreciated nice beach chairs and easy beach access and also enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the intercoastal waterway. Siesta Key is high density and we were there at the busiest time, but we felt peaceful and relaxed in our cozy spot.

This place was PERFECT! Beautifully decorated to match the beach aesthetic. Literally a one minute walk to the beach! I loved that the place had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), every kitchen utensil and cooking dish you could think of. (We travelled with a teen, a 6 year old and a 10 month old for a week so we cooked a lot.) There was plenty of bedding to use (we enjoyed being able to bring the kids out to the living room and use the pull out sofa for a family movie/game night). There were board games there to use and the biggest plus was the owner was nice enough to allow us to use the accessories he had for the beach at no additional charge. (Beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats). WiFi worked great. AC worked great. Communication was seamless! Told my spouse I couldn’t wait to go back again. Russell and Cindy were incredible to work with. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

Would love to pay less, but worth the $ v all other places around. Once you get used to gated comm and setup - easy peasy and fantastic - what sunsets !!

The place was great! Very comfy. The best part was the it had a pool and direct beach access. Not to mention she had a lot of great beach/pool items in the condo that we could use!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location. We enjoyed our short walks to the beach, park, shops and restaurants. Loved that we could enjoy it with our dog too. Our host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

The location was incredible! It’s right across the street from the beach & less than a 5-minute walk to downtown Siesta Key Beach. The condo was perfect, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed and more! Kyle was super attentive and responded immediately to each question. We arrived early so we went straight to the beach, and he let us take everything we needed (cart, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) We can’t wait to return next year!

Varinia was very responsive and helpful. She was thoughtful and checked in. Place was just as described and had everything we needed. So close to private beach and own clean pool. We had a great stay at a great place!

The apartment is gorgeous, steps away from the beach. Everything was perfect.

We loved the condo! The unit was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The complex felt very safe and everyone was friendly. The kids loved the heated pool. The owners had a closet of items for the beach which was so appreciated (chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and more). We had no issues getting to Anna Maria island and surrounding areas. Very nice and hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

Everything about Southern Comfort was fantastic! It is very clean and has pretty much everything you can think of that you need for a relaxing and fun vacation! Plus it is decorated so cute - lots of attention to details. The beds are comfy and the living room is so spacious and loved having a patio too! The pool is bigger than it looks in pics and never got very crowded. Perfect and refreshing. We appreciated all of the beach necessities available for our use too. The short walk to the beach was a breeze with the durable wagon and backpack chairs. You’ll be so close to every great restaurant, bar and shop in the Village when you stay here. We would definitely stay again!
