Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lido Isle

Ofir's home is wonderful. From the front yard and neighborhood, the interior spaces to the backyard--we felt delighted and nurtured. There was a lot of thought and care that went into the spaces that were beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was clean and perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying. Wonderful large dining table, living room seating was plentiful, decor was elevated, kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked (I so appreciated the espresso machine in addition to regular drip coffee machine), bedrooms were all well-appointed and the master br was just awesome! We also appreciated the extra 1/2 bath so each bedroom had a dedicated bath for convenience at night. Outdoors was lovely with 2 decks, a hot tub, dining table, grassy area with lemon tree, mature trees and fences for privacy. It was incredibly quiet and we even had a hummingbird visit. Convenience to the airport cannot be understated as well.

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was equal or greater than promised, so many thoughtful amenities and complementaries, especially in the kitchen the next time we’re back we will stay here, nowhere else but here!

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. This nicely renovated condo was a such a gem! We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to get to spend our vacation in such a charming place. My 5 year old actually got emotional about us having to leave, not because she was going to miss Catalina but because she didn’t want to leave this condo. Specifically she liked how cute the decorations were and how fun the patio was to play on. We had to walk up a little hill to get there (could have paid for a ride), but it was so worth it! Hosts were great! Check in and out were made easy. 100% recommended.

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.
