My group of friends and I stayed at Valentina's apartment, and we had a really great time! We found a modern and very clean home, with everything you need. The two air conditioners helped in the hottest moments of the day, and moreover two bicycles are made available to tenants, also in excellent condition, which were very convenient for seeing places a little further away (to spend a different day by bike, we recommend the nearby Misano, well covered by bike paths). The apartment is very close to the sea, and the nearest beach (Lido delle Sirene) has good prices and all the amenities you need. The accommodation is also just a few meters from a long pedestrian street full of bars, shops and ice cream shops, ideal for evening walks! The accommodation has exceptional value for money considering especially the proximity to the sea, and Valentina is a very kind host. We will definitely be back :D

Our stay is Rovigo was wonderful. The place exceeded our expectations. Rodolfo was a wonderful host and helped us even after we left and realized we had forgotten something in the building. He responded immediately to our message and helped us figure out where we left our package. He was extremely kind and flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Rovigo.

The apartment is in a perfect location for a stay in Bologna, close to the historic center. Everything is doable on foot. The apartment was very clean. Note that this apartment is not very suitable for tall people, as the ceiling upstairs is very low.

We had a very restful and comfortable stay after a long day of hiking. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the appartment is very cute!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Giulia’s flat for a week and had a wonderful experience. Her mom greeted me at check-in even though we didn’t speak the same language, she was so warm and welcoming that communication was no problem at all. The flat itself felt like home. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, including the train station, which made it super easy to visit nearby cities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

We had wonderful days at Enrico's place. After a very long journey, we were allowed to enter the accommodation earlier and were warmly welcomed later. Very quiet environment with a beautiful view. If you want to sit outside, however, you should be prepared for the mosquitoes. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend the cottage! ☺️

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

A good place to stay while you visit Chioggia. Central, and easy to get to from the bus or the Vaporetto. It does not have an elevator, but it is only a flight of stairs, easy reach and the house is comfortable. The downstairs pizzeria is also worth it. They were attentive and quickly fixed an issue with the heater.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Everything ran smoothly and the appartment fit the description completely. Our 16-month baby had a great time as Vladimir took care of supplying us with a high chair and a cot for him. 100% recommendable for families with little kids. The location of the appartment is perfect, half way the main station and the city center. You can visit Bologna by foot without any problem. If we come back to Bologna, we will stay again at Vladimir's!

Paola is a perfect host! Always available and courteous. The apartment is easy to reach, in a good location to visit all the surrounding areas. Quiet neighborhood, quiet area, great restaurants nearby! The kids loved the bedroom and the availability of games in the accommodation! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. very nice clean and quiet apartment. is centrally located, we did everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen everything is in it. The bed is large and cozy. The bathroom is practical, the living area comfortable with sofa. On the terrace you can sit and eat, by planting very private. Since the complex of houses can only be reached with keys, the neighborhood is very safe. There are grocery stores, small restaurants and buses nearby. Google maps sends you in weirdly from the main road via San Emilia, but there is no getting through. So enter the address via the normal via A.Z. and also go from the side to the entrance. Then everything is very straightforward, We highly recommend the apartment!
