We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Our 10 days stay was great. Clean, confortable and perfectly equipped for a holiday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a great time.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

The apartment was new and in a great state. Internet worked really well (important if one needs to work from there) and so did all other apartment's facilities. Giacomo, the host, was always very attentive and responsive, helpful and courteous. Parking in the area is tricky, for residents as well as tourists, but there are options to explore.

I had a wonderful stay at Marta and Ivan’s apartment. The location was perfect. Just a three minutes walk to the sea, fifteen minutes to the historic center of Rimini and fifteen minutes to the train station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was exactly as the photos showed. The bed was comfortable and there was everything I needed for my two month stay. My hosts were kind and generous and responsive and I felt safe and secure within the gated property. When I return to Rimini, this is the property I will choose.

We stayed in Luca's apartment from April 11 to 14 thisyear and I have to say that we had a very good time, there were two of us but also in three you can stay there. The apartment is in a new building and although it is on the second floor, the house is very bright, clean and equipped with all the comforts both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Quiet area overlooking a park so it's also suitable for those who have a dog to take out. Another very convenient thing is that it is just a 15-minute walk from the city center and the train station is located 10 minute taxi ride. Last but not least, it seems to us that the value is very competitive. So what to say, if you are looking for a niceapartment for both a short and long stay, we definitely recommend Luca's apartment, which among other things was nice and available both before and during our stay.
