Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

We have family in the area that we could have stayed with but wanted privacy. There are only two other houses within sight but they are acres away. I love the farm atmosphere and the warmth of the old but well maintained house. The host was very responsive through out the entire process. Highly recommended and we would definitely consider staying there again.

I was in town for business and wanted to be close to downtown. Even though I drove downtown it was very walkable. We loved the soaking tub. after a long day it was wonderful to com back to.

Everything was great and close by for a baseball tournaments my kids were playing in. Barb was very helpful to accommodate a earlier checkin and with local recommendations. I would recommend her place anytime!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean place. The beds were comfy and everything worked as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. There was sugar, salt and pepper, good knives and plenty of pans. We only ate breakfast there and were away from the house from 11 am til around midnight for our entire stay. We enjoyed our nightly unwind in the spacious and comfortable living room. The dining table is easily large enough to accommodate 6 adults. The gas stove was a nice surprise.

Our family of 3 stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The space is modern and super clean, and had everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. The location is great in a cute square that felt like a movie set. And plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. The washing machine and dryer were invaluable with a 4 year old! The hosts were fantastic, always responsive and helpful. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely return when visiting my brother. Also so handy having a great coffee shop below. Being a ‘loft’ There is a steep staircase leading up to the flat but if you’re able this isn’t an issue.

This unit is super well-thought-out and spacious and comfy! It’s a great and clean apartment. We loved that we were close to Columbus, but it still felt like a small town. It was a safe area for someone coming from a small town themselves. We were close enough to our festival, but we had the peace and quiet we needed with this rental.

This was an awesome place and near everything we wanted to do! So comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed to spend time creating meals with the family. Would highly recommend!

Loved my stay here. From the outside nature sounds and views to the quaint interior, this place was just what I needed for my stay. Jimm and Kerry were amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Whenever I am back in the area, I will definitely return to this gem.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful! Her and Dick were very hospitable. My husband and I traveled from out of state to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. They allowed him and my daughter and her 2 kids to meet there and enjoy their beautiful outside tranquility garden and they even built us a fire in the fire pit. They had popsicles and toys for the kids as well. They went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. I would highly recommend their Airbnb. A very enjoyable stay and some wonderful memories were made!
