We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Renting out a cozy little cottage close to Granåsen and Bymarka. A perfect starting point for skiing and hiking in forests and fields. Or to retreat a bit after a city trip. The cabin consists of one room with hallway, kitchenette and living room. There is a loft that sleeps two people and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Electricity and there is wood burning and access to firewood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the terrace or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, comfort and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a previously operated restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Recently renovated apartment located in quiet surroundings, with walking distance to Bymarka, an eldorado for hikers, skiers and nature lovers. Granåsen World Championship facility and Toppidrettsentret 2.3 km away. Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
