Monthly Rentals in Li Cupuneddi

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

It was a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, cozy and well equipped, two-story apartment. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with the small palm tree. From the 2nd floor you have a beautiful view of the sea. A private parking space is right behind the apartment. San Teodoro and Spiaggia La Cinta as well as the nearest supermarket are just 6 minutes away by car. Pamela and Karim, thank you! They were super helpful hosts, and we would love to come back❤️

We had a lovely stay in Sardinia, with our 4-year-old daughter. Very good communication with the host, responsive, and help with locations. Very nice welcome too. The accommodation is very well located and has a nice view of the island. The space is a little too dark for my taste due to exposure, the kitchen is not very ergonomic (and therefore less convenient for someone tall) and the shower is a little small. Maybe one or two cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are missing😊. We put 5 stars because it didn't spoil our stay, and the value for money is very good.

Pietruccia is a great host: she received us kindly and showed us around the apartment. There was everything you need as a guest. The apartment is spacious and has, as an absolute highlight, an adjoining terrace with fantastic views over coastal area and sea. The value for money is great! San Teodoro (a nice village with more than enough amenities and restaurants) is not far, but a car is not a luxury: On foot you walk along busy narrow roads, there is no hiking trail to the village. Not far from San Teodoro you can take fantastically beautiful (beach)walks.
