The yurt is beautifully furnished with futon beds, a wood burning stove, candle lanterns and solar powered fairy lights, we have electricity and plugs, its perfect for a truly romantic weekend or a family adventure. Sarah and Simon were such lovely hosts, the tipi we stayed in was beautiful and clean and dry even through a storm! The kichen area and bathroom facilities had everything you needed and the swimming pool and fire pit made for a very relaxing family stay. Sarah and Simon responded above and beyond to all our needs and we thoroughly recommend them.

We came to Barefoot Yurts to escape the routine and reconnect in nature, and it was above and beyond what we had imagined! I can't recommend a stay here enough, we left feeling so rested and happy and enjoyed every moment in the space. The facilities were fantastic we had everything we needed along with some beautiful and thoughtful touches, everything was so comfortable and the view from the yurts is so special. We arranged our weekend specifically in line with the full harvest moon and were able to watch the moonrise so clearly and in total bliss around the campfire ... thank you Julia :) x

Beautiful site, very well thought out extras dotted around (sun loungers by the swimming lake and stretch tent, outdoor games, hammocks, BBQs etc). Tents are great and stood up well to the thunderstorm that struck while we were there! We loved our stay and would have stayed longer if we could have.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

We stayed in this and one of the pods and it was a truly beautiful place to stay! Rebecca was so helpful and welcoming with great communication. The camper which was basic but surprisingly warm and comfy. Our fellow guests stayed in Acorn which what it lacked in luxury, it definitely made up in spectacular views of the forest and tranquility. We wishes we’d stayed longer as we didn’t get the chance to have a campfire or explore the area but will definitely come back again to sample these next time. The facilities on site (toilet/shower etc) are basic but clean and tidy. This is more back to nature camping than luxury hotel but we loved it ❤️

Great location, super host. We loved it. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The beach is at the end of the road. Easy walk along the promenade into Brighton. Damien was brilliant! The accommodation was exactly as advertised- perfect for a weekend stay.
