Great location by the Sea

We had a lovely stay at the vibe loft. Federico was an excellent host, was there on our arrival to check us in and was always very responsive and helpful. The apartment was perfect, in an amazing location and had everything we needed. We wanted to stay forever! Great facilities and location for such a fab price. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Genoa, or use it as a base to visit the surrounding coast as we did.

The apartment was perfectly located, right in the middle of the old town streets, yet quiet and bright and with a huge roof terrace, where we could enjoy the morning coffee and the evening aperitif. We also greatly appreciated the luxury of the 2 bathrooms. Everything's great!

You can’t get more “central” than this top floor two-level apartment. You also can’t get a much more gracious host than Eleonora. She truly puts her heart and soul into this rental with nautical theme (the master bedroom feels like you’re staying in a large cabin on a cruise…it’s great) and many local decorations. She’s also a very conscientious host checking-up on us several times during our 6 night stay and meeting us at the train station upon our arrival. The kitchen of the apartment has everything you need to prepare meals just as you would at home (brand new Nespresso machine too) except for a microwave. The living room and “extra bedroom” offer plenty of space for a child or to spread out and do some yoga or whatever. The lovely deck that opens from the master bedroom gets a lot of sun but there’s a very easy to use awning that can be extended to offer relief. Despite being right on the main street in town, the noise levels are manageable.

What can I say? Everything is perfect, it is saying little! and it was not so obvious since it was a stay of 3 mothers with 3 children of a year and a half! The apartment was perfect as described and suitable to host all 6 as requested. A bed and high chair are also available. But it is the precautions of the hosts that make a difference... from Mauro who took us on all the suitcases in the apartment in Barbara who came to Nervi to bring us some forgotten things! Very happy to have chosen your apartment for our first travel experience!

Really pleasant stay in Roberto's apartment who was very kind and helpful during our stay in Santa Margherita. Perfect location with sea view and a stone's throw from all the services of the city (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, cinemas, bus and ferry departures). The city is really a gem and a perfect base for visiting the magnificent surroundings such as Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli!! Highly recommended!

Marina and Antimo are two very nice and helpful hosts, ready for any advice! The house is not missing anything, it fully reflects the listing. It was a really relaxing and pleasant stay. From the house you can easily reach the beaches of the 5 terre. We wholeheartedly recommend a vacation at Marina's.

Claudio is a host who is attentive to the needs of the host, the house is very well cared for and clean. I had a great time. I would definitely go back

Maria Teresa was a perfect hostess. Not only did she make us feel at home in her beautiful court, providing us with everything we needed and much more, but she also told us the story of her wonderful family who lived in that house during many important moments in Italian history during World War II. She pampered us with her delicious cakes and made us travel with our memories in her territory and even overseas, with stories that we will carry in our hearts with so much affection. We hope to meet her again, because people like her are a real treasure!

The stone houses of Giovanni & Danielle are simply fantastic! They are located on a hill in a really beautiful nature reserve in absolute tranquility. The view is fantastic and the hiking trails that start directly from the house are one more beautiful than the other. The cottage is very nice and tastefully decorated and has everything you need. It is incredibly cozy and so lovingly renovated, it is a pleasure! And then there are Elena, Dario and their son Pietro who make the stay perfect with their friendly manner. Thank you so much! Greatest recommendation!

Very nice host and beautiful house

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

An impeccable home to say the least. Cleanliness and tidiness are the strong points. HOST always available and responsive to our every request Welcome snacks and drinks are the icing on the cake. I recommend Andrea and his property for relaxation, rest and comfort.

Spacious rooms, nice terrace. It's easy to park on the street. La Spezia Migliarina train station is a 20-minute walk away (7 minutes by car and easy enough to park), you often have to change trains to reach the Cinque Terre at La Spezia Centrale train station (in general, it's quite fast). The accommodation is close to a supermarket and a bus stop. Giovanna is very welcoming, with good advice and responsive. We had a small hot water problem on the first night, it came very quickly.

Very central location in Genoa, it allowed us to walk around the best attractions of the city! A stone's throw from Brignole station, so also easy to reach by public transport. Gabriele very kindly welcomed us and explained everything, recommended where to go to discover the city and where to eat best! It was a more than pleasant experience, if we ever go back to the city we will definitely know who to trust!

Well-placed accommodation, 5-minute walk to the train station. Two real bedrooms with very good bedding, (pillows, blankets and towels in quantity for maximum comfort) The city center is very easy to access on foot, a supermarket nearby. The welcome was very friendly. We recommend this place to stay.

A haven of peace and kindness in the heart of the Liguria mountains. A very nice place perfectly equipped and located to discover the hikes and nature in the area above Chiavari. The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. Everything was super clean - really highlighted are the bathroom and kitchen! In Serena's pictures, it's not clear how nice the view is. From the kitchen you can see super far into the distance and watch sunrises in the Italian mountains. We stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. From the apartment, the harbor is quickly accessible and you can easily immerse yourself in Italian life. There is a great bakery and two supermarkets nearby. Serena was always available and took care of our concerns quickly. Because we were there for so long, there was even a bottle of Prosecco for us. On the weekends we visited the Cinque Terre, which is very easily accessible from La Spezia by bus. We definitely recommend Serena's apartment!

We had a great time! Nonstate, we arrived very late for check-in. They welcomed us very well!

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!
