Lovely holiday home - 350m from the beach

CorsinRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

NEW!! ❤️ Beautiful Villetta Magenta ❤️

ShariRating, 5 stars7 months ago
There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Thanks! 😊

Cavi Borgo large house 100 meters from the sea

Maria CristinaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. He helped us a lot. His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail. They had basic items like salt, coffee, olive oil, sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete. Clean and fragrant bed linen. There were good restaurants in the village, which was also close to the beach. We'd come back a thousand times. Going back to Matteo, I have no words to describe him. Thanks for everything.

Monterosso – Bright Attic with Sea View Terrace

kristenRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Francesca’s place is a gem not to be missed. Francesca’s communication was great and we were sent really clear instructions on how to arrive. Our flight was slightly delayed so we were arriving later than expected and Francesca’s mother was kind enough to come out in the rain to meet us and show us where to park. The location is perfect in the larger of the 5 towns, easily accessible to the beach with a 10 minute walk by road or 5 minute short cut down approx 150 steps (we managed these easily with our 6month old in a baby carrier, however for those less able to manage the steps the road walk has no steps). The balcony is a perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the ocean. From this location it’s very easy to visit all 5 villages via foot, boat or train. We travelled with our 6 month old and found that Monterosso was the best for children due to its beach and it’s much flatter than the other villages.
A well-equipped kitchen diner is presented, featuring a light colour palette and modern furnishings. A wooden table is set for two, complemented by a bottle of wine and fresh fruit. French doors provide access to the private garden, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Villa Victor 100m from sea - Happy Rentals

MatthiasRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Great, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for families with children. There were six of us, it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We did not use the guest house. There are 3 parking spaces in the area. Amenities were good and the house was clean👍🏻. We would definitely book this house again.

Villa relax

OskariRating, 5 stars37 months ago
Beautiful place and great hosts. Good communication, very clean and very nicely designed place with all the essentials and comfortable beds. The Villa is authentic with a fantastic garden full of plants from across the globe. The nearby town has plenty of restaurants and is a short walk. A car is a must to travel, but this is a good base camp to explore from.
