Charming house for rent.

Small cozy house on small farms. Located nicely to 1.5 km from Verdal center, with footpath all the way down. Located 2 km from Stiklestad,where the mirror of Olav is played. Nice hiking opportunities in the area around the house as well. The house consists of combined living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms,large bathroom and large hallway. Sleeps 5. Outside there is also a terrace where you can sit. With us, you can bring your four-legged friend if you are careful to clean after yourself. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE A DOG/CAT ON THE COUCH/BEDS!!!!!

The guesthouse is a recently renovated stabbur, located as a separate small residence on a cozy farmhouse. The farm has stalldrift and is located in rural surroundings on beautiful Levangernesset, 2.5 km away from the city center. Living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/WC/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen minus freezer, TV, Wifi, private parking. Cotton linens and towels included. Some noise from stables on the farm, with horses in stables near the stabbur. We also have dogs and cats.

Relax with your whole family at this stylish cabin. Enjoy the view of Trondheim (access to the jacuzzi costs 2000 NOK per stay). Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 8 beds divided into 3 bedrooms, possibly two extra beds in the annex (500nok per night). One bathroom + separate toilet. Easy access from E6, just 25 minutes from Værnes and a short way to Frosta. Nice walks in the neighborhood, trampoline on the plot. A gem by Hammervatnet on Åsen. An adventurous experience for 2 persons. The dome is 23 m2 with a window in the sky and front. Look at the stars and beyond the water from the bed. The dome stands on a 70 m2 flat with overhead over the water where there is access to a boat and fire pit shoe. The dome also has a toilet room. Stay at a traditional farm in quiet surroundings with great location and stunning sea views. The farm is centrally located on Skogn, with a short distance to most facilities, just 2 minutes from the E6. Your home is located on the 2nd floor of an old masstu and was renovated in 2023. This building is part of the traditional trøndertunet with trønder loan (dwelling/main building) , barn, barn and corps house. Masstua is originally from 1850. On the farm, we have dairy cows, cats, and dogs.

Modern and elegant cottage in rural surroundings close to Kjønstadmarka residential area. Lovely view to the fjord and short distance to take a bath. Here you will find the tranquility both outside and inside. Pleasant in both summer and winter. 3.5 km from Trehusbyen Levanger which offers nice atmosphere, shops and restaurants. You drive all the way up to the cabin, good parking. NB! In winter, wood ice and difficult conditions, you may need to park about 30-40 m from the cabin.

The farm is located about 1.5 from the centre of Levanger. We're renting out an older trunk loan. The farm is rural, although it is close to the city centre. We have several animals on the farm. There are 4 horses, 3 African dwarf goats, several rabbits, hens, peacocks and 3 dogs.
