Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The West Lodge -Charming dog friendly cottage

The West Lodge is a cosy traditional style cottage on the edge of a beautiful estate with woodland walks only 4 miles from the seaside town of Arbroath. It has a great golf course on the doorstep and lots to do beaches and visitor attractions close by. It is ideal for young families, couples and dog lovers (up to 2 medium sized dogs) with nature and long walks just outside the back door. You will need to bring a car. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
