Lochside Retreat is a beautiful 3-bedroom cottage, located in the lovely town of Stranraer. From the garden, there are stunning views across the loch and harbour so you can just sit, relax and listen to the sound of the waves! The town and local amenities are just a short 5-10 minutes walk away and the Swan Inn pub is literally just 2 - 3 minutes walk! There are trains to Glasgow and ferry crossings to Ireland also just 10 minutes away! It really is the perfect location for your holiday!

In the cooler months the log fire heats the hut up very quickly. Wood provided. Drying facilities at house. If you want something different Glenwhan is the place for you.

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Set within 5 acres of it's own land and situated in the beautiful countryside of Wigtownshire, South West Scotland. We started this listing in 2013 but only put the bare essentials in. Only today, April 4 2018 have we actually finished it. This is why we have had no guests or reviews from Airbnb so far! You can find 5-star reviews for us on Trip Advisor.
