It is adjacent to our house and is totally independent. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.

I offer a bare plot of land without running water or electricity. This flat and shady land with a large area awaits you to pitch your tent or park your van. (No motorhomes). The property is bordered by a river where you can cool off or fish... There are dry toilets. Note: Access is easy, but the road is narrow for a motorhome.
