It is also suitable for families with one child with an extra bed upon request. The village beach is 500 meters away; there are wicker umbrellas, a pier and stairs to the sea. The sea is cool and clear, the beach is stony.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Enjoy your vacation in our spacious and serene space. It is located in the bay of Gera, by the sea with endless views. Cycling, swimming, hiking, fishing, contact with nature are some of the activities you can enjoy. The house is located on the coastal road of Mytilene Plomari. It is 20 minutes from Mytilene and 20 minutes from Plomari. Within a few meters you will find traditional taverns, a bakery, a grocery store, a cafeteria and 3 km away is Perama.
