The house was clean and airy. However, the elevator broke down on the second day. Walking distance (very close) to the beach in the garlic center, in short, the location was nice.

We stayed at Maria’s place for a week and the place was incredible. It was close to walk to the centre and many restaurants. There is also a beach just down the road. Maria went above and beyond and cleaned the place every day as well as provided us with bottled water. I would highly recommend this place !

The property is located near the central promenade, but at the same time on a quiet calm street. We arrived a little early, but Mr. Ekrem kindly allowed us to leave our things. The owner of the property is a very nice person. Communicated with google translator but got along well. The place is really spacious, comfortable for two couples. Large fridge, enough utensils.

Very centrally located and everything you could need is within walking distance. Markets, museums, the beach, restaurants and cafes, attractions, workshops, everything is right next to you. The house itself is a restored old Greek house, in a history-filled area and has good facilities. Everything is as it appears in the photos. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. The pressure of the shower head may be low for some people, but it wasn't a problem for us. The seats and beds are comfortable, the inside is clean and airy. There's a vacuum you can use as well. The host, Ms. Yeliz, is very hospitable and does her best for your comfort. She was willing and fully helpful with everything we asked and wanted, from finding us a new pot instantly to local business recommendations when we told her that the stalk of the pot in the house had come out. When we got off the dolmus for check-in, he didn't neglect to greet. If we come to Ayvalık again, we will definitely choose this place.
