Friendly welcome and everything was very very clean. A very nice garden where you can sit comfortably privately. Our boys played great football there. Spacious bedrooms with fine beds. It is very close to the cozy town center and a kiosk where you can get fresh bread. Only downside were the many dogs nearby who are barking loudly around 5 in the morning, but then quiet again to sleep further. Had a very pleasant stay there and is subject to repetition.

First of all, the house and interior design were very nice. The items were complete and flawless, a house where you can just go with your personal belongings and live without feeling anything missing. The interior was very clean, the rooms were tidy. The kitchen and the bathroom was sparkling clean. A home where you'll never have a problem with cleanliness and order. The location of the house is in the center of Ayvalik. It's also very close to the beach and very close to historical places. It's very easy to get to restaurants and cafes. The tradesman has very good communication and is helpful. There is a paid parking lot just across the house, and you can park there right away when you arrive with your personal vehicle. The host, Ms. Kübra and her daughter Ezgi, are very friendly, very understanding and very sweet people. They were very supportive of me, even with a health problem I had, they wounded me. I think it's a great luxury to stay in good people's homes with high communication skills. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and a house I would prefer if I come again.

Elaionas Waterfront Villa is one of the best airbnb experiences we have ever had. The house is a hidden gem in an olive orchard with beautiful scenery of the Aegean sea. Location is ideal, 10 minutes driving distance to the Mytilene, but isolated from the noise of the city. The house is well equipped with all equipment and amenities in a holiday house. Alexis is the cherry on the cake. He welcomed us with a warm welcome late in the evening. He reserved a restaurant for dinner and provided us with local delicacies, (olive oil, honey and a yummy jam made by his wife) for breakfast. He has been gentle to provide us info on the best beaches and restaurants of the island. We will definitely come back.

The location is amazing! We are a family of four. Having 15 steps to the sea was incredible. We were able to have the doors open with a sea breeze. This is a perfect little oasis. It is cute and clean. The host checked in with us prior to our arrival to make sure we had adequate directions. We had a car and were able to explore the island. However, we enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, coffee shops and markets. This was an incredible trip. Thank you for your attention to details. We are looking forward to our next trip!

Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

We had the perfect Greek island holiday, with a well-appointed house, less than a minute's walk to a really quiet part of the beach, where our own sunbeds were set out. No more than 5 minute's walk to the local shop and nearest restaurants. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy our stay! Markus and Nikola were so warm and friendly and Regina greeted us on arrival to show us around the house even though we were over an hour late due to a delayed flight. Inside the house was not just super clean but also really stylish, with cool contemporary polished concrete and reclaimed stone and wood as well as super huge sofas and cushions. Our top favourite was the polished concrete staircase! The house is in a quiet part of Petra, among by other houses which look out to the beach. Would highly recommend. Air conditioning is super efficient in the downstairs rooms; the upstairs kitchen and living room is warmer but manageable with the fans provided. There are always cool rooms to relax in.

The house where we stayed for 1 night was close to the center. We walked to the car in 5-10 minutes. It was difficult to get out because it was destroyed, but it was still a great convenience to be close to the center. An old Greek house offered an authentic environment with renovation. Since the streets were very narrow, we parked our vehicle in the place recommended by the host and walked to the house. Mr. Nurullah also helped me with the food. It was a nice experience. I recommend.

This rustic/modern studio apartment has great views from the garden and if you sit in the chair by the fireplace. Since we didn't feel comfortable going up and down the stairs to the loft (no handrail), we slept on the trundle bed downstairs. It was comfortable. The apartment had a newly renovated bathroom with a decent size shower and lots of hot water. The apt. had most of the amenities you would expect, but we missed having a microwave to reheat leftovers. It had an outdoor drying rack, so we could dry our hand washed items. We were met at the closest parking spot and he helped us get our heaviest luggage up the steps leading to the apartment. This was a great place to stay; I recommend it especially for sun-lovers who want to bask on the loungers while enjoying the view.

We loved Michaela's little house, it was perfect for us. Just opposite the beach and slightly away from the busy centre. There were just 2 of us so we had plenty of space. The mattress is firm but very comfortable. We loved the veranda and the house kept beautifully cool in the hot weather. Initially we had difficulty opening the front door but eventually managed and learnt the knack so that we had no more trouble. Instructions for finding the key were clear and Marika, next door was very helpful.

Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Kader are amazing people. Everything was in line with the photos and descriptions. A very peaceful, safe and amazing view that we can't wait to come back as soon as possible. It was a nice holiday for us, where we met with a friendly and caring welcome and sent off with their coffee and friendly conversations while saying goodbye. We had a great time in the garden, it is a very safe area for children, it was great to watch the stars at night. Well… how can one start … I had the best time and experience staying in Antonaras & Dimitris’ house. Dimitris met me when I came with the taxi at midnight and showed me inside, and was always (always!) available for me and my needs. I found myself extending stay 4 times and I enjoyed the stay to the outmost extent. I felt at home, it was perfect for me and my usage. I had a motorcycle so going down and up in the village was super easy. Dimitris treated me like his son and was super attentive to me whenever I needed him. I will definitely come back to stay with Antonaras and Dimitris.

Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

I can say that the house is located in the heart of the molivos, we have never used our vehicle in the city other than going to the surrounding villages within walking distance of the resurants and many beaches. There are bujiterias right under the house, and the view where you can shop was very nice. The house was very clean and convenient, the only problem may be that the balcony belongs to a single room. As a treat, there were bottles of wine and a tiny raki, 2 soap, this was very nice, we thought :) We stayed as 4 adults and 1 child and it was very sufficient, thank you very much for everything. A house where we will stay again if we come back ♥️

The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.
