Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lesa

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

This was our second stay at the wonderful "Ermele’s Green House." I would like to highlight that the owner of the house, Fabrizia, is also our dear and beloved friend, the best host you could ever meet. She fills the house with warmth and love, she is always improving it, and is capable of giving you the best memories related to your stay in Italy, in Piedmont! Grazie Marco for an exceptional stay in Orta San Giulio! This was one of the best experiences (from Airbnb or even hotels) we’ve had. Marco was incredibly responsive and communicative, and very kind. He picked us up from Malpensa airport, and even drove us to Milano after our stay. We were travelling with our toddler and Marco very kindly coordinated with the child car seat rental provider to have the seat ready for us. The apartment is in a quiet area that is super close to the piazza. Upon arrival, Marco provided water, local beers, and local biscuits that were delicious. The apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need, and the coffee was great! Details like the lovely bath products and slippers, really made our stay stand out, as well as Marco’s hospitality. We would absolutely recommend Marco’s place for your stay in Orta. We would love to come back and stay in Marco’s other property! Grazie mille!

we have been sleeping here for one night, but everything was perfect. Elisa was quick in response and therefore we had a good walk true domodossola, wich was to see.

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Milena was a great host – very friendly and helpful. The place was extremely clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped, the surroundings beautiful with great hiking opportunities. Ascona and Locarno are within easy reach. The flexibility at check-out was particularly pleasant. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

Stefano’s apartment was a perfect place to stay in Ascona. It’s on a pedestrian-only street in the old part of town. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grocery store just a few minutes walk. Bus stop very close and buses were easy to use. Recommend a day trip to the Valle Verzasca, and a ferry ride to some of the towns in Italy. Stefano answered all my questions before our trip promptly and graciously. This is a wonderful place. If it’s available, you should book it!

The apartment is in a great location, totally in the center. The parking is super organized. Alex always responded very quickly to the messages. The apartment was in perfect condition, perfect. Highly recommended.

What a lovely property! Ideal for a solo, couples, or family getaway. The two-level home is roomy, well laid out, spacious, and has just about everything you need to enjoy your vacation indoors or outdoors. The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses have to be the best I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. There is plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms/showers are also lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, though the only thing we were missing was paper towels (and a bigger trash can lol). The outdoor space is phenomenal, and where we had most of our meals, and I got some work done. Wi-fi works very well. The garden and hot tub are lovely, especially for this area. However, we did notice an outdoor security camera pointed at the hot tub and entrance, which was NOT disclosed in the listing. Likewise, this property is inside a cluster of other homes, so you will encounter other people, just FYI. The garage is a 3-minute walk away, and super practical. Will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. Despite the rainy weather, we had a great time at Sanne's and her family's. The place perfectly matched our expectations: surrounded by nature, quiet, warm interior, beautiful living space. Communication with Sanne and Giacomo was very easy and pleasant. The region allows beautiful discoveries both the surrounding villages and walks in the mountains. The house had excellent views, well furnished, good amenities( in kitchendidn't make use of the kitchen) and easy commute from Como and Bellagio. highly recommend the place

Our stay with Paul was totally great. The roof terrace is a dream, the view priceless. Only the room situation was a little more complicated than expected. We had 10 people. However, 2 of the 7 rooms indicated are through rooms with single beds and one room is only a living room with sofa bed. Otherwise, we liked Villa Breda very much and the communication with Paul and Antonia was also very easy and reliable! Thank you very much

This place is a dream come true. The view of the lake and the little islands from two floors of the house and the terrace is absolutely spectacular. We did not want to leave to explore the area - it seemed sufficient to just sit and watch the lake for hours. The house is also furnished with a lot of taste and the surroundings are very quiet - which added to the overall well-being and relaxation. The only thing that might top the place is Simon, the host. Very friendly, easy going and always ready to help. We were welcomed by a set table with bread, cheese and a bottle of wine. We definitely want to come again!

This house is really great value for money, and it's the most "homey" one we've ever stayed in so many Airbnbs! The host is very kind and welcoming, not only personally helping us with our luggage, but also preparing a lot of food for us, even homemade cakes, making people feel full of warmth and affection.Such thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly welcome as soon as we arrived. Although the road to get there was a little more difficult, and the garage was a little bit of a pity because our car was too high to enter, but fortunately, it was easy to find free parking nearby, which was no problem for us at all. The house is very clean and welcoming. We stayed for a total of 7 days, and the host even arranged a mid-stay cleaning during the period. The service was very thoughtful and made people feel very considerate. This stay was really great, we believe we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!Whether it's the house itself, the host's enthusiasm, or the overall atmosphere, it makes people feel comfortable and at ease, and it's highly recommended to everyone!
