Stunning beachfront location. The photographs don’t accurately portray how large the property is. It’s spacious! You can spend hours sitting on the balcony , looking out to the beach and watching the world go by. And if you’re lucky enough in the evening, you can watch bats performing their aerial acrobatics. Walking into town from here is straightforward and reasonably quick. Susan was very helpful and responded quickly if we had a question about anything. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Ideally located accommodation (facing the Channel that can be admired 24 hours a day) - very quiet, no cars or 2-wheelers that pass by the sea, because it is a pedestrian walk. Friendly and responsive host, very clean and well-equipped accommodation.

The flat was perfectly located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Russell and Harriet gave us helpful tips and suggestions about the local area. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed.

An apartment where we would have liked to have stayed longer. It feels good, a bit like home. Decoration where each object made us travel, a functional apartment where everything is designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. A bright apartment, a view where the sea is present in the 4 corners of the apartment. You don't get tired of contemplating these little colorful roofs with the sea in the background. To get there, you just have to cross the road. In short, a place where you feel good and which allows you to recharge your batteries.

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s very bright and clean, well equipped and so close to the beach. Sylvie and Christian are outstanding hosts and we felt right at home. Gouville-sur-Mer is a peaceful village and a perfect location from which to explore Normandy.

Pleasant stay in a small, well-equipped, modern, nice, and quiet apartment for the city center. Please note, however, that the living room is next to the front door of the building, so the entrances and exits are well understood. And you have to be aware that the living room, on the ground floor, overlooks the street, at the height of passers-by. I would therefore recommend it more for two, with the bedroom, than for 4 by occupying the living room also for sleeping. Especially with a bathroom that lights up the bedroom.

Great stay in a spacious, functional and very pleasant accommodation. The terrace is very nice. Clean because it's refurbished, good quiet location, within walking distance of a few shops in the port including a bar and a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the port (Le Renard, very good). Good starting point to explore the Cotentin. Aline, who supervised our visit, was always available and caring. We spent 4 great days!

This beautiful house is highly recommended. First of all, due to the beautiful location with beautiful views on two floors (living room and bedroom) that you can't get enough of. But especially because of the peace and quiet, while all the comforts such as supermarkets and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. However, the most important thing was the hospitality: Anne-Francoise and Adeline made for an unforgettable experience! Ps note: there is no television. The internet is also not really fast. For us, no problem at all.

Very pleasant apartment. We were there for the 2nd time And would like to come back. felt very comfortable in the well-equipped house. A highlight is the nearby , kilometer-long beach for hiking or chilling. Relaxation is guaranteed in the quiet surroundings. Also, the contact with the landlords worked optimally. We stayed for 2 weeks at Les Pins with my parents, our dog and our baby and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The photos don’t do it justice. The place is clean, very well equipped and we were very comfortable there. We cannot fault it. The beach is close by where you can walk for miles and the dunes are beautiful. The village where you can find the bakery and a small shop is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. There is ample parking and space for dogs and children. I recommend this place to friends and family.

Alexis's accommodation is very well decorated, you feel good there, there is everything you need to stay pleasantly: barbecue, outdoor living room in a small garden near the dunes, well-equipped kitchen... the geographical location is perfect for visiting Cotentin, Granville, Cherbourg or St Vaast la Hougue! Our week-long stay went by very quickly between hikes and visits, and we thank Alexis for his availability and responsiveness.

Frédérique and Édouard's accommodation is ideally located in the lively Passous district, shops and the beautiful walk along the dike are within walking distance at the bottom of the accommodation. The apartment is comfortable and functional, impeccably clean, carefully decorated. We didn't miss anything, it's beyond our expectations. Édouard was welcoming and responsive while being discreet, a perfect host. I highly recommend this listing!
