Located 1 km from the protected site of the dunes of Hatainville in a quiet and peaceful hamlet, this 87 m2 house, carefully renovated, has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower on the ground floor. The 1st floor consists of a landing room with a desk and 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a hand wash basin. Large 60 m2 courtyard facing south-east.

Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
