Non fumeur. Cartier calme, voisins en bas âges, pas de musique, personnes calmes uniquement.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport.
