Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

Our stay during the Olympics in Myriam s apartment was great, she was communicative and a kind host! Les Lilas is a bit further out of town, but there is good metro connection. The foldable bed that I slept on had to be assembled by me, which was a surprise, but it is now assembled and ready for the next guest to use (welcome stranger 😍).

The accommodation is great, the owner is very nice but be careful to leave the accommodation in good condition. Cleaning is done only to what I had not checked, is that there was no cleaning between the tenants in fact what I find weird but it's like that so think about cleaning. Otherwise everything is great.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is everything you need for a short trip. The public transport connection is great and we were very happy about the tips from Elisa and Thomas. The location is ideal - the apartment is well located, some bars/cafes/restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We definitely recommend the apartment and we enjoyed it very much:) Thank you!

Eve was welcoming and responsive from start to finish. I didn't arrive at the accommodation until midnight, had a hard time opening the gate. I contacted her and she came to open it for me! Quiet, clean and cozy place. Thanks again!

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

Very cozy and comfortable apartments. This place is 5 minutes walk from metro line which rides to the Paris city centre which made the visit more clear. Kham is a very responsive, he provides clear instructions and helps in case of any issues, responds very quickly.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

My daughter and I had 5 wonderful days in Paris and immediately felt comfortable in Clara's beautiful apartment, it was nice that Clara greeted us personally and was always available for questions, the apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need, the transport connection is perfect!!!!!!! We would book this place again at any time.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
