At the foot of the 2012 building, you will find a bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, Auchan supermarket and many restaurants nearby. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay: equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, bed, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, desk, washing machine and wardrobe.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport.
