jolie appartement 60 m2 très agréable avec cour pleins soleil à partir de 12H à 7 minutes du metro mairie ou porte des lilas ,ligne 11 commerce à proximité 2 chambre d environ 14 m2 et 12 m2 1 lit double 160 1lit double 140 mezzanine et dans le salon un canapé (qui peu servir en lit d appoint très confortable je trouve salle de bains avec baignoire salon et cuisine tout équipe d environ 28 m2 et poèle à granulé il y a la tv avec le cable et canal +, possibilité d utiliser mon parking ,
