Monthly Rentals in Les Halles, Paris

I was in Paris for 1 month for work and Yacine's place was perfect. It's right in the center at arguably one of the most connected train stations (Les Halles/Chatelet) and if you forgot something you're right in a commercial shopping center with every single shop imaginable within literally 20 steps. Yacine and Charlotte were absolutely lovely, meeting me downstairs when I arrived and helping me settle in. And honestly, I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice because it's the most functional apartment with just the right amount of space for everything. Granted I went to an office everyday so didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment but why would you - you're in Paris. But, even on the days I did - it was absolutely comfortable with everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again for it's convenience and ease/functionality of the apartment.

I stayed at the apartment for 6 weeks. The apartment has been above and beyond my expectations, which are high to begin with. I know Paris by heart with 20+ visits, and I can surely say the location is attractive as well. There are no booby traps or other bad surprises with this one. If anything the apartment is even nicer and more equipped in real life than in the pictures. Avril has been clearly doing this for a while and is a professional host. To sum it up - it’s been a very good experience all around, and if a friend ever needs a recommendation I know exactly where he’d stay.

Marco is an absolutely amazing, friendly, fun, competent and professional host. He is 100% dedicated to providing an outstanding Paris experience for his guests. Marco is dependable and you can count on getting an immediate response when contacting him. He is fluent in several languages too!! Apartment was well stocked, great location, safe and quiet, large windows open to courtyard for fresh air. Wonderful experience at this location. Thank you Marco! Hope to see you again.

We loved our stay in Stan’s apartment. We stayed for 44 days and it had everything we needed to be comfortable. We did a lot of stovetop cooking in the kitchen and found the supplies we needed. The neighborhood was lovely with great local food and drink options. There were many grocery and market stores nearby and we loved this spot to “live” in. We had a lot of luggage and were grateful that Stan helped us carry it up. We didn’t mind the stairs after that! (There were a lot of them, but that’s Paris!) Stan was very responsive and helpful through our stay. It was an active street with some noise, but we did not mind. Highlights of the apartment included: - well stocked kitchen - nice shower with good water temperature and pressure - ample closet space for two people - two work stations (one full desk, one large table) for two people with enough distance to zoom at the same time - excellent natural light & windows - easy metro access - tons to do within walking distance
