This is a home – not a gite – where our family lived during renovations, and is now open to guests. We offer year-round stays, from 2 days to 3 months, with a country garden and stone firepit for star-gazing in Summer; and log fires and candle-lit suppers during cozy Winter retreats. Enjoy country walks, chateaus, fine dining and flea markets in this charming corner of France...

Au milieu d'une propriété entourée de bois, à moins de 20 minutes du centre d'Angoulême, nous avons rénové une aile de notre maison pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Le site est préservé et garantit des nuits au calme. La maison est complètement équipée à neuf et offre confort et autonomie. Elle est parfaite pour se ressourcer entre amis ou famille lors de balades en pleine nature. Nous restons à disposition pour vous accueillir durant votre séjour.

We welcome you as we would like to be! The municipal swimming pool of Verteillac (12 minutes by car) and the leisure center of Gardes-le-Pontaroux (20 minutes) await you. At your request, we can give you good recommendations (restaurants, gourmet evenings at the farm, the Périgord Vert awaits you all summer!). When you wake up, we bring you fresh bread with jams from the garden and organic butter. No Wi-Fi or TV, but there are books, games, and a large private garden with badminton!

Hiking trails from the mill. Enclosed 2000 m² plot, wooded with terraces, a small outbuilding where you can store your bikes. A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 500 EUROS WILL BE REQUESTED UPON ARRIVAL and will be returned to you if there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done. Pets allowed upon request 🐕

Rencontrez nos ânes Maxou et Bob et observez la faune locale. Expérience "Slow Life" avec douche privée à 100m. Draps, bois et accueil chaleureux inclus à seulement 25 min d'Angoulême.

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Consisting a living area with a kitchen, separate bedroom and a small bathroom in the tower, with it's amazing ceiling. All is fully modernised, with air conditioning and heating. Access to the small terrace for lazy breakfasts and outside dining.
